Identify the actual handover point
A trade counter on Hersham Trading Estate needs a different handover description from a shop or office. Toolstation's Walton-on-Thames branch is at 5 Lyon Road, KT12 3PU: give the business or unit, and make sure the order is ready for an authorised collector.
For an office such as Ashley Park House on Hersham Road, identify the occupier, suite and person holding the item. At a shopping centre, distinguish the store and collection desk from the place where the vehicle can meet the person handing it over.

What should I include for a Lyon Road collection?
Give the business, unit or street number and full postcode. Toolstation's Walton-on-Thames branch is at 5 Lyon Road, Hersham Trading Estate, KT12 3PU. Toolstation sends an email or text when an order is ready and asks for the order number; age-restricted items may require ID. Check with the retailer whether another person can collect and what they need.
Is a Hersham office address enough?
Not by itself. Give the occupier, suite or floor, entrance and named person who can release the item, and confirm whether the entrance is staffed. Unity Cloud publishes its address at Ashley Park House, 42–50 Hersham Road, Walton-on-Thames, KT12 1RZ; confirm the actual handover arrangements with the occupier.
What should I confirm at a KT12 shopping centre?
Name the shop and collection desk, and ask the retailer whether another person can collect and what nomination or ID is needed. At Hersham Green, Waitrose is on Molesey Road, Hersham, KT12 4HL, with a John Lewis Click & Collect point; confirm its current release arrangements.
At The Heart, identify the store and check its current desk or agree an alternative handover with staff. Next is at Unit 40, KT12 1GH; its access guide places Order and Collect at the first-floor Menswear till, so check the current location before collection.

Are my items insured?
Goods-in-transit insurance is not included. If you need cover for your items, please arrange suitable insurance before collection.
Can the driver help with loading?
We may be able to arrange help with several lighter items. Call the office beforehand with the quantity, size and weight, any stairs and the help needed so we can assess the driver and vehicle arrangement. We are not a removals company, and drivers cannot be assumed to lift heavy or exceptionally large loads.
Can I travel with my items?
Yes, or you can send them unaccompanied. Tell the office about the passenger and load so we can agree a suitable vehicle and quote. Bulky or many-item jobs are assessed separately from an ordinary passenger journey, whether accompanied or not.
Can you leave an item at reception or in a safe place?
Yes, if the sender authorises a reception handover or a specific safe place and gives the office clear instructions and contact details. If a handover person may not be available, discuss the arrangements before booking. Waiting charges apply, including when unloading takes a long time.
How much will delivery cost?
Ask the office for a current quote. An ordinary single item travelling with you is charged at the normal journey fare; an unaccompanied item has a courier surcharge. Bulky or many-item loads are assessed separately, whether accompanied or not. Loading assistance, waiting and other agreed charges may also affect the total.
Can I track the driver?
Yes. Courier bookings include live driver tracking, the driver's name and vehicle registration, alongside the booking confirmation.
