Choose your airport for departure and arrival guidance. For a rail connection, select the station-to-Heathrow guide; for a transfer between Heathrow and Gatwick, choose the route in your direction. For departures, plan the collection time around your terminal and airline check-in requirements. For arrivals, free meet-and-greet and flight tracking help the office plan your collection, but landing is not the same as being ready after immigration and baggage reclaim. Agree the indoor meeting arrangements and contact the office or driver if you cannot find each other. Parking and waiting are separate from the free greeting; applicable charges are agreed under your booking.

For a quote, give the office your collection and destination addresses, date and time, airport and terminal, airline and flight number, passenger count and luggage, including unusual items. Include a reachable lead contact, any assistance or child-seat needs, extra stops and return plans. An estate may suit extra luggage; the office can also discuss a six-passenger vehicle or a larger vehicle for your group, considering passengers and bags together. For an airport connection, provide both flights and terminals, your ready time and onward check-in deadline. A road transfer cannot guarantee a connection or move bags airside.

Your quote reflects the addresses, direction, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email. If plans change, contact the office to agree the change and any revised charge.
