WATERLOO TO HEATHROW

Waterloo to Heathrow private hire Station to terminal, planned together

Pre-book a car from London Waterloo to your Heathrow terminal. Our 24-hour office will agree your collection and quote for your journey, vehicle and requirements.

YOUR CONNECTION

A practical plan from train to flight

We arrange a pre-booked car from an agreed Waterloo collection point to your Heathrow departure terminal. The office can help you plan around your train arrival, the time needed to reach the car and your airline's check-in and security requirements.

Your quote reflects the journey, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking: we confirm accepted arrangements by SMS and/or email. If disruption makes your connection doubtful, contact the office to review whether and how the transfer remains useful. The road journey cannot guarantee an onward flight.

PLAN THE CONNECTION

Plan your Waterloo to Heathrow connection

Agree where to meet, allow for the whole journey and compare the rail alternative if it suits you.

Waterloo exit and collection

Waterloo exits 1, 2 and 3 are listed as step-free routes. Tell us your preferred exit or meeting point; the office will agree a practical collection point with you. Step-free access does not itself permit a car to stop there.

Train arrival to flight deadline

Allow time between the scheduled train arrival and being ready at the car, as well as for the road journey, airline check-in and security. The office can discuss a practical margin; traffic and train delays can change the plan.

Rail alternative: check every leg Check a route from Waterloo to your chosen Heathrow terminal for your travel date, including changes and the final walk. Heathrow lists several central-London rail and Underground choices; do not assume a direct train.

PREPARE YOUR ENQUIRY

Collection, luggage and vehicle choice

Tell us your travel date, train service origin and scheduled arrival at Waterloo, preferred exit, Heathrow terminal and departing flight details. Include your expected ready time, check-in requirement and a reachable contact. If you need an offline meeting fallback, agree it with the office. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

Waterloo's main concourse to the platforms and exits 1, 2 and 3 are listed as step-free. Exit 2 has lift access towards Waterloo Road and the Jubilee line. The station's Passenger Assistance meeting point is on the main concourse opposite platform 12; it is separate from your agreed car collection point.

Tell us the number of passengers and the counts and sizes of your bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. A saloon may suit an ordinary journey; ask about an estate for extra luggage, a six-passenger vehicle for a group, or a seven- or eight-plus vehicle. The office will consider passengers and luggage together and confirm a suitable arrangement. An accompanying carer needs a seat too.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about Waterloo to Heathrow

Answers on Waterloo collection, connection timing, rail and assistance.

Can you collect me from any Waterloo exit?

Collection must be agreed with the office rather than assumed at any exit. Tell us your preferred exit or meeting point; station step-free routes do not give a car permission to stop there. Passenger Assistance meets separately from the agreed car collection point.

How do you plan the station-to-airport connection?

We discuss a margin using your scheduled train arrival, expected ready time, departing flight, Heathrow terminal and check-in requirement. Reaching the car takes time after the train arrives, and road traffic can change the journey.

If your train, exit or flight changes, the booker or authorised contact should ask the office to review the plan. A changed terminal or destination needs office acceptance and may require a revised quote. The office confirms accepted changes. For a time-critical change, call if your message has not been acknowledged; receipt is not acceptance of the change.

What should I check if I choose rail instead?

Check each leg for your date, from Waterloo to your Heathrow terminal, including changes and the final walk. Heathrow lists more than one central-London rail or Underground choice, but do not assume a direct service. Your rail and onward airline arrangements remain your responsibility.

Can you help with luggage or limited walking?

Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office about your needs so suitable help can be coordinated; this does not limit required disability assistance.

An escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any charge agreed for the task. KB does not offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so a folding chair must travel as luggage and the passenger must be able to travel in a vehicle seat.
