A price for your journey

Your quote reflects the collection and destination addresses, journey direction, travel date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. Tell us about extra stops, a return, flight or train details and any assistance you need. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

An example price helps you compare a defined journey. Your exact addresses and arrangements still determine the quote, and a displayed price does not by itself confirm availability.

Understand what is included

Check the quoted total and its agreed inclusions. Airport drop-off, pickup parking, tolls, access costs and waiting are distinct items; the conditions can depend on the airport and direction of travel.

Free airport meet-and-greet does not mean unlimited free waiting or that all parking is included. Our office can explain the charges and conditions for your particular booking.

Choose around people and luggage

The vehicle needs to suit the passengers and the combined load. Tell us the number and size of your bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or bulky item. Our fleet and luggage guides explain what to discuss.

A larger vehicle or a bespoke arrangement may need an office quote. Share a useful outline even if you have not fixed every part of a complex itinerary.

Waiting and return choices

Waiting conditions depend on the type of pickup or reservation. Ask when the clock starts, which allowance applies and how any charge is calculated for your booking.

If you do not know when you will finish, contact us when ready, reserve a driver to wait, or agree a separate approximate return. A car requested when ready is subject to availability; reserving waiting time is chargeable under the agreed terms.

From quote to confirmed booking

A quote sets out the price and scope. Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, example price or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.

For changes to addresses, times, passengers, luggage or stops, the booker or designated authorised contact should ask the office to review the arrangement and any revised charge. Wait for confirmation that the change has been accepted.
