Count passengers and seats
Include any accompanying carer or passenger assistant, as they will need a seat too. Tell us about any seating or entry preference.
LUGGAGE PLANNING
From suitcases to bulky items, our 24-hour office can help find a vehicle for your passengers and luggage. Contact us for an arrangement and quote based on your journey and combined load.
VEHICLE AND LUGGAGE CHOICE
The right vehicle depends on the passengers and the whole load, not a fixed suitcase count. Our office checks the bags, their sizes and any bulky items alongside the seats you need.
An estate can be considered for extra luggage. Six-passenger vehicles are offered around the clock, but luggage must be considered alongside the passengers; ask the office about seven-passenger or larger arrangements. We will discuss a suitable vehicle and practical alternatives before accepting your booking.
PLAN YOUR JOURNEY
These details help the office check the fit and quote for your journey.

Give us suitcase and cabin-bag counts and approximate sizes, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. Include your collection and destination addresses, date and time, and any stops.
The office will discuss the vehicle and quote with you. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car: your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
If the load changes The booker or designated authorised contact should tell the office before travel if passengers, luggage or stops change. We will review the request and any revised charge. An acknowledgement means we have received it; wait for confirmation that the change has been accepted. For a time-critical change, call the office if your message has not been acknowledged.
GOOD TO KNOW
Answers to common questions about capacity, changes and help with bags.
No generic bag count can confirm that a particular journey will fit. The office assesses the number, type and size of bags together with the passenger count before accepting the booking.
Yes, a folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable. Tell the office about it, your other luggage and your boarding and seating needs. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so passengers cannot travel seated in the chair.
Ask the office to review the new details. Extra bags, a different passenger count, stop or destination may need a different arrangement and revised quote. If you have already booked, the booker or designated authorised contact must request the change; receipt of the request is not acceptance.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are available without charge. Where possible, tell the office in advance what help you need so it can coordinate a suitable driver. Weight-bearing lifting, clinical care and transfers need separately competent arrangements.
