Drop-offs are all-inclusive — the airport's drop-off fee is baked into the quote, never added at the end. Airport pickups are plus short-stay parking, charged at cost — your driver parks up to meet you in arrivals. London Congestion Charge (£18) applies only on journeys that enter the central zone and is payable to TfL on top. VAT included where applicable.

Yes. Every KB Cars quote for 2026 is all-inclusive — Heathrow's £7 drop-off fee, Gatwick's £10 drop-off fee and the equivalent charges at Stansted, Luton and Southend are baked into the fare. No sneaky end-of-ride surprises. On airport pickups the short-stay car-park charge is added at cost — we track your flight and time our walk-in to keep it small. Note: the London Congestion Charge (£18) is payable only on inbound trips into the central zone and is charged on top at cost.
For airports we do meet & greet as standard — your driver waits in arrivals with a named sign. For stations we have specific pickup points we share when we confirm your booking: Mortlake Station (outside the main entrance, Sheen Lane side), Sutton Station (the Cedar Road taxi like service bay), and designated pick-ups at St Pancras, King's Cross, Paddington, Victoria, Euston, Liverpool Street and Clapham Junction.
Yes — 100% of KB Cars drivers are TfL PCO-licensed and Enhanced DBS checked. That's a requirement for our school-transport contracts, and we hold every driver on our fleet to the same standard whether they're doing a school run or a late-night airport drop.

We don't currently operate wheelchair-accessible vehicles — our fleet is standard 4-seaters, estates and MPVs only. Our drivers are happy to help with folding wheelchairs, walking frames and any luggage where the passenger can transfer into a standard seat.
