East Sheen Library is on Sheen Lane, SW14 8LP, as is Mortlake station, SW14 8LN. North Sheen station is on Manor Road, TW9 4QA. They are distinct points, not interchangeable pickup addresses. If your approach uses Sheen Lane, the road level crossing at Mortlake may matter; station passengers can also use the footbridge to change platforms.
- Mortlake station: South Western Railway is listed here; plan the local leg and onward connection rather than assuming a direct Gatwick train.
- Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Gatwick Express connects London Victoria and Gatwick.
- Thameslink connects Gatwick with London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International.
- Gatwick’s rail station is at South Terminal. For North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle.

When is my journey confirmed?
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
Can I arrange help or a child seat?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's relevant seat requirements and ask about the charge.
