Your quote is based on the Gatwick terminal, date and time, East Sheen destination, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell us your flight number, passenger count and luggage so we can plan the collection and recommend a suitable vehicle.
Ask the office what parking and any other costs are included in your quote. Waiting may be chargeable under the applicable airport policy; the office can explain the terms. Prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.

Agree your flight, meeting point and destination with our office before you travel.
Give us your flight number, arrival date and time, and terminal so we can coordinate your collection. Gatwick's North and South terminals are separate, so the terminal matters. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided. Agree the meeting arrangement and contact details when booking; if you cannot find your driver, our office can help.
Give us your full East Sheen address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stop. We can take you to your booked home, hotel or office rather than a station.
Considering the train instead? Gatwick Express connects Gatwick Airport and London Victoria; you still need to plan the onward journey from Victoria to your East Sheen address, including changes and luggage. The airport railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle.

The booked address
East Sheen Library is on Sheen Lane, London, SW14 8LP; Mortlake station is a separate point on Sheen Lane, Mortlake, SW14 8LN. Give your actual destination rather than a nearby station unless that is where you want to go.
North Sheen station is on Manor Road, Richmond, TW9 4QA. It is a different location from Mortlake and East Sheen. If the booked approach uses Sheen Lane, the road level crossing is relevant to access.

Yes. Your private hire journey can go to your booked home, hotel or office address. Include the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; a station in a public transport comparison is not the default destination.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, along with any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats. An accompanying carer also needs a seat.
Yes. KB can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver; an escort inside a building is assessed separately and any charge is agreed with you.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable; discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's age, relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and ask about the charge.
