Parking and airport charges Know what you pay for
Your quote covers the agreed journey. Airport parking is charged at cost, while applicable entry fees and waiting are separate. Contact our 24-hour office to discuss the total before you accept.
What is included in your quote?
Your journey quote reflects the agreed addresses, timing, vehicle and any extras. Airport or site parking is charged at cost, and entry or access fees are separate where they apply. Free arrivals meet-and-greet does not include free parking or unlimited waiting.
Waiting is charged under the applicable booking terms. Airport waiting, ordinary pickup waiting, loading time and reserved hourly time have different rules, rather than one universal clock. Paid hourly reserved time is not also billed as ordinary waiting. Ask the office to explain the charges and inclusions for your arrangement before you accept.

Consider your return
If you do not know when you will finish, ask about booking when ready, reserving a driver to wait or arranging a separate approximate return. The office can explain how each choice affects the arrangement and cost.
Check the total
Ask the office to set out the journey fare, parking or entry costs and applicable waiting terms before you accept. For time-critical changes, call if your message has not been acknowledged.
Already booked? The booker or an authorised contact should request any material change from the office. Acknowledgment means the request has been received, not that it has been accepted. Wait for confirmation of the accepted change and any revised charge before relying on the new arrangement.

Does meet-and-greet include airport parking?
No. Arrivals meet-and-greet is free, but parking is charged at cost where needed and waiting is subject to the applicable terms. The office confirms the meeting and parking arrangements for your booking.
Are parking, entry and waiting one charge?
No. Parking, airport or site entry or access fees, and waiting are distinct from the journey fare and from one another. Waiting rules vary by collection type; a missing amount does not mean waiting is free or unlimited. Ask the office to explain the terms that apply.
What if my flight, terminal or destination changes?
Tell the office the new details as soon as possible. Flight tracking helps with planning, but a different terminal or destination, extra stop or later finish may require office acceptance and a revised quote. Acknowledgment of your request is not acceptance: wait for confirmation of the accepted change and do not rely on the old total.
Should I reserve the driver or call when ready?
It depends on the arrangement you need. You can contact KB when ready, subject to car availability; reserve the driver to wait, with chargeable waiting under the agreed terms; or arrange an approximate return as a separate booking. Contact the office if that return is delayed, as waiting or changes can affect the cost. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or the same vehicle.
