Paddington to Heathrow private hire A connection planned around you

Pre-book a car from London Paddington to your Heathrow terminal. Our 24-hour office can agree your collection and vehicle and provide a quote for your journey.

YOUR CONNECTION

From your train to your departure terminal

Our office can plan a lawful station collection and a suitable vehicle for your journey to Heathrow. Your quote reflects the actual journey, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras; ask about any waiting, parking or access charges.

Allow time between your train’s scheduled arrival and when you will be ready to leave the station, as well as for the road journey and your airline’s check-in requirements. Share your train service origin, date and arrival time, expected station side, Heathrow terminal and flight details, passenger and luggage needs, and a reachable contact. Add any stops, return or assistance needs. If travelling with children, you can bring a suitable child seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

PLAN YOUR TRANSFER

Make the connection work for you

Agree where to meet, allow for your flight deadline and choose a vehicle for your group and luggage.

Agree your collection

Tell the office which Paddington exit or side you expect to use. We will agree a lawful meeting point; a station rank, bay or waiting place is not automatically a KB collection point.

Allow for the whole journey

Your train arrival is not necessarily your ready time. Allow for leaving the station, road travel and airport check-in separately; your airline can advise its check-in requirements.

Compare Heathrow Express and private hire Heathrow Express links London Paddington directly with Heathrow Terminals 2 and 3. Check the operator’s service for your travel date and any onward terminal connection or final walk. A saloon may suit an ordinary journey; ask about an estate for extra luggage or a six-passenger vehicle for a group. Seven- and eight-plus-passenger vehicles can be discussed with the office. Tell us the number and sizes of bags and any bulky items so we can confirm a suitable arrangement.

PADDINGTON DETAILS

Agree the station side before travel

London Paddington is at Praed Street, London W2 1HQ. The APCOA car-park entrance is on Bishops Bridge Road, with a separate rank approach; station drop-off guidance says waiting is not permitted. Neither is an automatic KB pickup point, so tell us which side you will use and agree the meeting arrangement with the office.

Paddington lists a staffed assistance drop-off on the deck above platform 12. If you need help reaching the car, tell us about your walking or entry needs so we can agree a workable meeting point. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged with the office. An escort inside the station is assessed separately, including any agreed cost.

GOOD TO KNOW

Paddington to Heathrow questions

Answers to help you plan and confirm your transfer.

Will the office monitor my train?

Automatic train monitoring is not a confirmed company-wide service. Give us your service origin, date and scheduled arrival, and contact the office promptly if your train is delayed or your exit changes. Ask for confirmation of the updated collection arrangement. If a time-critical message has not been acknowledged, call the office.

What if my Heathrow terminal or destination changes?

The booker or authorised contact should ask the office to accept the change before treating it as agreed. A different terminal or destination may need a revised quote or another driver; obtain confirmation of the accepted change. If disruption makes your connection doubtful, contact us to review whether the transfer is still useful. Your rail and airline arrangements remain yours, and the road transfer does not guarantee your onward flight.

Can you help with walking or luggage needs?

Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged with the office. Tell us about walking limits, entry needs, bag sizes, pushchairs or a folding wheelchair so we can discuss suitable help and a vehicle. An escort inside the station is assessed separately and may have an agreed charge. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.

When is my journey actually confirmed?

Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry asks the office to assess your arrangements; an enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.
