STATION TO AIRPORT

St Pancras to Heathrow private hire A pickup planned for your flight

Pre-book a car from St Pancras International to your Heathrow terminal. Our 24-hour office will agree your pickup and a quote for your journey and vehicle.

YOUR CONNECTION

From your train to your departure terminal

KB Cars arranges the pre-booked road journey from St Pancras International to the Heathrow terminal you need. Agree the station meeting point, suitable vehicle and whole-journey quote with our office before travel.

Allow for getting off the train and reaching the agreed pickup, the road journey and your airline’s check-in requirements. Your train arrival time is not necessarily the time you will be ready to leave. Traffic and disruption can affect the connection, so the transfer cannot guarantee your flight. If disruption makes the connection doubtful, contact the office to review whether and how the transfer remains useful; your onward rail and flight arrangements remain yours.

PLAN YOUR CONNECTION

A clear pickup and a suitable car

Agree where to meet and choose a vehicle for everyone and their luggage.

Identify your station exit

St Pancras International is at Euston Road, London N1C 4QP. It is a separate railway station from King’s Cross, although they share an Underground station. Agree the actual exit and meeting point with the office; there is no universal KB rank or bay.

Set a realistic pickup time

Give your train’s origin and scheduled arrival, when you expect to be ready, your Heathrow terminal and departing flight details. Allow a useful margin for the station, road journey and airline check-in rather than treating train arrival as pickup time.

Choose space for passengers and bags A saloon suits ordinary journeys; ask about an estate for extra luggage. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock, with luggage considered alongside the passenger count. For seven or eight-plus passengers, enquire with the office. Tell us the number and size of cases and any bulky equipment so we can agree a suitable vehicle.

AT ST PANCRAS

Find each other and get to the car

Eurostar’s international arrival areas are in the Arcade; EMR and Southeastern use the upper concourse, while Thameslink platforms are below ground. Tell the office which service you are arriving on so you can agree a practical exit and meeting point. These areas identify where you are, not a KB pickup bay.

Tell us about large cases, a pushchair or folding wheelchair, any accompanying carer and help needed walking to the car. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free when arranged in advance. An escort inside the station is assessed separately, with any charge agreed; this does not limit assistance required by law. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office.

Give the office a contact you can reach during the connection. If travelling internationally, discuss a suitable channel or an agreed offline meeting fallback. If you and the driver cannot find each other, the office can help.

GOOD TO KNOW

St Pancras to Heathrow questions

The practical details behind your quote and pickup.

What should I include in my enquiry?

Give the office St Pancras International, your travel date, train service and origin, scheduled arrival and expected ready time, plus your Heathrow terminal and departing flight details. Include passenger numbers, suitcase and cabin-bag sizes and counts, any unusual items, assistance needs and a reachable contact. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

The office will quote for the agreed journey. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car: your booking is confirmed when the office sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.

Can you collect me from any St Pancras exit?

The actual meeting point must be agreed with the office; there is no universal pickup rank or bay. Name St Pancras International rather than the separate King’s Cross station, and tell the office which service area or exit you expect to use.

What if my train is delayed?

Contact the office if your train is delayed or your exit changes; automatic train monitoring is not a company-wide promise. The booker or authorised contact should request a material change and obtain an accepted update, including any revised time, vehicle, availability or charge. Acknowledgment of a request alone does not mean the change has been accepted. For a time-critical change, call the office if your message has not been acknowledged.

Is there a direct train from St Pancras to Heathrow?

Do not assume a direct train. When comparing rail with a private-hire connection, consider any changes, the final walk and how you will carry your luggage. Your onward rail and flight arrangements remain your responsibility.

How is the journey priced?

Your quote is based on the actual journey, date and time, vehicle and agreed extras. Ask the office to explain the total and any applicable waiting, parking, toll or access costs. Waiting can be chargeable under the applicable policy; the office can explain the terms for your pickup.
