STATION TO HEATHROW

Victoria railway station to Heathrow Private hire for your onward flight

Pre-book a car from Victoria railway station to your Heathrow departure terminal. Our 24-hour office can agree your pickup and vehicle and quote for your journey, vehicle and agreed extras.

YOUR CONNECTION

From your train to the right terminal

Meet your pre-booked car at an agreed point by Victoria railway station and travel to your Heathrow departure terminal. Our office can help plan the road leg around your train arrival and flight check-in, including any return or extra stop.

Your quote reflects the journey, vehicle and agreed extras. An enquiry or quote alone is not a booking: KB confirms your booking by SMS and/or email. If disruption makes your connection doubtful, contact the office to review the plan; your rail and airline arrangements remain your responsibility.

PLAN THE CONNECTION

A practical pickup and departure plan

Agree where to meet and allow time for each part of your connection.

Agree your station pickup

Victoria railway station is at Victoria Street, London SW1V 1JU. Wilton Road is listed for set-down and collection, while Terminus Place is set-down only. The office confirms a lawful meeting point for your booking. Victoria Coach Station is a separate walk.

Work back from your flight

Allow for your train arrival, time to reach the meeting point, road travel and Heathrow check-in and airport procedures. Give the office a realistic time when you expect to be ready, not just the train arrival time. Traffic, delays and passenger readiness can affect the plan; a flight connection cannot be guaranteed.

Choose space for passengers and bags A saloon suits ordinary journeys; ask about an estate if you have extra luggage. Six-passenger vehicles are offered around the clock, and you can enquire about a seven- or eight-plus-passenger vehicle. Tell the office your group size and luggage together so it can confirm a suitable arrangement.

YOUR ENQUIRY

What to have ready

Tell us your train origin, date and scheduled arrival, your expected exit and a practical ready time. For Heathrow, provide your departure terminal, airline, flight and check-in requirement. Include any extra stop or return so the quote covers your actual plans.

Give us your passenger count and suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. Mention assistance or vehicle preferences and a contact we can reach. No app installation is needed to contact the office. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions before you connect

Practical answers for your Victoria collection and Heathrow departure.

Do I need a train number?

No. Give the office your service origin, date, scheduled arrival and agreed exit. Automatic train monitoring is not a company-wide service, so contact the office if your train is delayed or your exit changes. The booker or authorised contact should request a material change and obtain confirmation that it has been accepted; an acknowledgement of the request is not acceptance. If a time-critical message has not been acknowledged, call the office.

Is Victoria Coach Station the same pickup?

No. This journey starts at Victoria railway station; Victoria Coach Station is a separate walk. Name the exact origin when you enquire so the office can agree the right collection point.

What should I include for Heathrow?

Share your departure terminal, airline and flight, departure context and check-in requirement, along with passenger and luggage details, assistance needs and a reachable contact. Include a return or extra stop so the quote covers the journey you are actually arranging.

Can you help if I have limited walking or extra bags?

Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and meeting point. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed for the task. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; carrying a folding chair is not the same as travelling seated in one.
