STATION TO AIRPORT

King's Cross to Heathrow transfer Your connection, arranged

Pre-book a private-hire car from London King's Cross to your Heathrow departure terminal. Our 24-hour office will agree your collection and vehicle and provide a quote for your journey.

PLAN YOUR CONNECTION

From your train to your Heathrow terminal

A pre-booked car brings your station collection and terminal drop-off together in one arranged road leg. Your quote reflects the actual journey, timing, vehicle and agreed extras; ask the office about applicable waiting, parking or other charges.

For a useful quote, share your travel date, train origin and scheduled arrival, approximate time you will be ready, station exit or side, airline and flight number, departure terminal and check-in deadline. Include passenger numbers, suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, unusual items, any assistance needs and a reachable contact. The office can also discuss extra stops or a return. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

MAKE THE CONNECTION

Choose a practical journey plan

Consider the meeting point, the complete transfer time and the space your group needs.

Agree your collection

London King's Cross and St Pancras International are separate stations. Tell us which station and exit or side you will use; the office will agree a lawful meeting point for your booking.

Allow time for the whole journey

Your train arrival is not necessarily the time you will be ready for the car. Allow for leaving the station, meeting your driver, road traffic and your airline's check-in guidance. A road transfer cannot guarantee an onward flight.

Match the car to your luggage

A saloon suits ordinary journeys; ask about an estate for extra luggage. A six-passenger vehicle is offered around the clock, with luggage considered alongside passengers. For seven or eight-plus passengers, enquire with the office about a suitable vehicle.

Pre-booked car or rail connection? A car offers one arranged road leg from station collection to your terminal. Heathrow also lists central-London rail and Underground options: compare the full route, any changes, luggage handling and final walk for your date, rather than assuming a direct train from King's Cross.

AT KING'S CROSS

Make the meeting point clear

King's Cross is on Euston Road and is distinct from St Pancras International. Station information lists set-down points on the island and station side of Pancras Road, but that does not give a KB car permission to use a particular bay. The office will agree a lawful meeting point with you.

King's Cross is listed as step-free to all platforms, with station assistance and lift information available; that does not mean every entrance has a level approach. Tell us if stairs or walking distance affect your plan so we can discuss a workable meeting point.

GOOD TO KNOW

King's Cross to Heathrow questions

Confirmation, disruption, assistance and alternatives for your connection.

How is my King's Cross to Heathrow journey confirmed?

Your enquiry asks the office to assess the journey, and the quote explains its price and scope. The booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone does not confirm a car.

What if my train is delayed?

Contact the office promptly if your train is delayed or your exit or terminal changes. Automatic train monitoring is not promised, so do not rely on an automatic update. If disruption puts your flight connection in doubt, the office can review whether and how the road transfer remains useful; you handle any onward airline arrangements.

The booker or authorised contact must request material changes. An acknowledgement of your request is not acceptance: agree any revised details and charge with the office and obtain confirmation of the accepted change. For a time-critical change, call if your message has not been acknowledged.

Can you help with limited walking or a folding wheelchair?

Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged with the office in advance without charge. Tell us about your walking tolerance, entry needs, folded equipment and other bags so we can discuss suitable arrangements and a workable meeting point.

KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. This does not include a promise of weight-bearing lifting or clinical care. An optional escort inside a building can be assessed separately, with any charge agreed for that task.

Can I compare rail with the car?

Yes. Heathrow lists several rail and Underground choices for central-London connections. Check the route for your date, including changes and the final walk, against your luggage and terminal plans. KB arranges the road leg, not the rail ticket or airline connection.
