KT17 courier collections and deliveries For documents, parcels and more

Send documents, parcels or other items accompanied or unaccompanied. Our 24-hour office can assess the load and quote for the journey; courier bookings include live driver tracking.

WHAT CAN WE MOVE?

What can we collect and deliver?

From personal items to urgent business documents, tell us what needs moving and we’ll discuss its suitability and the handover.

Documents and keys

Enquire about declared paperwork, keys and other ordinary small items. Arrange who is authorised to release and receive them at each end.

Personal parcels

Send an everyday personal parcel for collection and delivery. Tell the office what it contains, its size and when it will be ready so we can assess the arrangement.

Urgent business items

Ask about urgent business-to-business documents and other items. Give the office the requested deadline so we can confirm what can be arranged; a specific delivery deadline is not guaranteed.

LOCAL COLLECTION GUIDE

Pinpoint your KT17 collection

For Nonsuch Industrial Estate, give the full estate name and address: Kiln Lane, Epsom, KT17 1DH, together with the business and unit number. Agree who will release the item and whether the handover is at an office, trade counter or authorised loading area. The estate’s loading provision does not itself give a courier access permission.

For an Ewell Village or High Street shop, give the business name, street number and full postcode, with a named staff contact and agreed entrance. The public car park behind High Street is a different meeting point from the shop door; agree it separately rather than assuming a service entrance.

For keys or paperwork at an East Street business, use its exact address and arrange who is authorised to release and receive the item. Tell the office what is being sent and any requested deadline.

GOOD TO KNOW

Local handover questions

The right address and handover point help us arrange your collection.

Is “Nonsuch” enough for a collection?

No. Give Nonsuch Industrial Estate’s Kiln Lane address and postcode, the tenant or unit number and the person releasing the item. Ask the business to confirm its entrance or authorised loading point.

Should I say Epsom or Ewell?

Use the complete street address and postcode: both Epsom and Ewell appear in KT17 addresses, and a town name alone does not identify the collection point. For an Ewell High Street shop, name the business and agree the handover entrance.

Can a local business release an item to your driver?

Yes, if the business confirms the item is ready and who may release it, and the office agrees the arrangement. Give a named contact and exact meeting point; a public car park or visitor entrance does not automatically provide goods access.

ARRANGE YOUR COURIER JOURNEY

How to arrange a KT17 courier collection

Our office can assess the load, agree a suitable vehicle and give you a current quote.

Share both addresses

Give the office the full collection and delivery addresses, what is moving, your preferred collection date and time, and the names and numbers of those releasing and receiving it. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.

Agree the arrangement

Describe the quantity, size and weight, any stairs or carrying help, whether you are travelling with the item and any requested deadline. The office will discuss the vehicle, assistance and price.

Arrange the handover

Have the item ready and an authorised person available to release it. Agree recipient details and any reception or safe-place instructions before collection. A quote or enquiry alone is not a booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

GOOD TO KNOW

Courier questions

Cover, loading, handover and price: what to know before booking.

Are my items insured?

Goods-in-transit insurance is not included. If you need cover for your items, please arrange suitable insurance before collection.

Can the driver help with loading?

Help with several lighter items may be arranged in advance. Call the office with the quantity, size and weight, any stairs and the carrying help needed so we can discuss a suitable driver and vehicle.

We are not a removals company, and drivers cannot be assumed to lift heavy or exceptionally large loads.

Can I travel with my items?

Yes, or you can send them unaccompanied. Tell the office about the passenger and load so we can agree a suitable vehicle and quote. Bulky or many-item jobs are assessed separately from an ordinary single item, whether or not you travel with them.

Can you leave an item at reception or in a safe place?

Yes, if the sender authorises a reception handover or a specific safe place. Give the office clear instructions and contact details before collection.

If nobody can release or receive the item, discuss the arrangements before booking. Waiting charges apply, including when unloading takes a long time.

How much will delivery cost?

Ask the office for a current quote. The price depends on the journey and load, including whether an ordinary single item is accompanied and whether the job is classed as bulky or many-item. Waiting and other agreed charges may apply.

Can I track the driver?

Yes. Courier bookings include live driver tracking, the driver’s name and vehicle registration, as well as booking confirmation.
