Discuss the vehicle and help
Tell us whether you are travelling with the item and whether loading help, stairs or carrying are involved. The office will discuss the load, suitable vehicle and assistance.
Prepare both handovers
Make sure the sender and recipient know the agreed instructions and are ready. Tell the office about any authorised reception or safe-place handover. Waiting charges apply, including when unloading takes a long time.

Identify the right SE11 handover point
At Vox Studios, 1–45 Durham Street, Vauxhall, SE11 5JH, give us the tenant, unit or floor and named contact. Check whether reception is holding the item and confirm the agreed entrance or loading-bay instructions with the tenant. Staffed reception and loading bays are advertised facilities, not automatic courier access.
For Kennington Film Studios, 373 Kennington Road, SE11 4PT, give us the studio number, production contact, item description, packaging and release instructions. Confirm vehicle access with the studio. At Kennington Superstore on Kennington Lane, SE11 5QU, first establish that the store has the item and agrees to release it to your nominated collector.

Is saying Vauxhall enough for an SE11 collection?
No. Give us the complete address and postcode, business or venue name, unit or floor and named handover contact. A neighbourhood name alone does not identify the collection point.
Does a studio or office loading bay guarantee immediate collection?
No. Confirm the entrance, item readiness and handover contact with the site. Vox Studios advertises loading bays and staffed reception; Kennington Film Studios describes limited parking and drive-in capacity for some studio activity. Neither gives a courier automatic parking or admission.
How should I arrange a collection from a shop or venue?
First make sure the site has the item and agrees to release it to your nominated collector. Obtain the authorised handover point and any identity or reference requirements before requesting collection.
For an Oval event, ask the organiser for the event or room name, named contact, authorised gate and access arrangements, including whether it is a matchday. Event parking is limited and must be requested through the organiser; it is not available when the event falls on a matchday. JM Finn Reception at the Vauxhall End is a non-matchday event visitor reference, not a confirmed goods entrance.

What to know before arranging your SE11 collection.
Are my items insured?
Goods-in-transit insurance is not included. If you need cover for your items, please arrange suitable insurance before collection.
Can the driver help with loading?
We may be able to arrange help with several lighter items. Call the office beforehand with the quantity, size and weight, any stairs and the help needed so we can discuss the driver and vehicle.
KB Cars is not a removals company; drivers cannot be assumed to lift heavy or exceptionally large loads.
Can I travel with my items?
Yes, or you can send them unaccompanied. Tell the office about the passenger and the load so we can agree a suitable vehicle and quote. Bulky or many-item jobs are assessed separately from an ordinary passenger journey, even when you travel with them.
Can you leave an item at reception or in a safe place?
Yes, if the sender authorises the reception handover or a specific safe place. Give the office clear instructions and contact details; do not assume the driver can enter a building or leave an item without authorisation. If the sender or recipient may not be available, discuss the arrangements with the office before booking. Waiting charges apply.
How much will delivery cost?
Ask the office for a current quote. The price depends on the journey and load, including whether you travel with the item and any assistance needed. Waiting and other agreed charges may apply.
Can I track the driver?
Yes. Courier bookings include booking confirmation, live driver tracking, the driver's name and vehicle registration.
