SW15 courier collections and deliveries Office open 24 hours

Send documents, keys, parcels or business items from SW15, accompanied or unaccompanied. Contact our 24-hour office for a quote based on your journey and load. Confirmed bookings include live driver tracking.

What we carry

Documents, parcels and business items

Whether it is a single item or several lighter items, our office can discuss the vehicle and handover arrangements for your collection.

Documents and keys

Arrange collection of a signed document, spare keys or another ordinary item for delivery to the intended recipient. Make sure the person holding it can authorise its release.

Personal parcels

Enquire about everyday parcels moving between homes, shops or other agreed addresses. Tell us the size and who will hand over and receive the item.

Business items

Ask about an urgent business-to-business collection of office papers or small work items. Give us the company, suite and named collection contact.

Arrange your courier

From enquiry to handover

Our office will assess the item and journey, discuss a suitable vehicle and provide a quote.

Tell us about the journey

Give us the full collection and delivery addresses, preferred date and time, item details and contact names. Include the company, suite or building where relevant.

Agree the vehicle and quote

Tell us the quantity, size and weight, whether you are travelling, and any stairs or carrying help involved. The office will discuss the vehicle, assistance and price. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking; KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

Plan the handover

Make sure an authorised person can release and receive the item, or agree a sender-authorised reception handover or specific safe place. Give the office clear instructions and contacts.

Local collection guide

Finding the right SW15 handover point

For a shared office, such as Putney Business Centre at 70 Upper Richmond Road SW15 2RP or the offices at 329–339 Putney Bridge Road SW15 2PG, identify the company and suite or floor. Confirm who holds the item and whether the business or reception will hand it over. For a held letter, ask the account holder to confirm third-party release.

Putney Exchange has a Putney High Street address, but its customer car park is reached from Lacy Road; this is not automatically a goods entrance. Confirm the shop or person holding the item, the handover point and collection window. For Roehampton sites, specify the college, building and exact address. University grounds are private and access may be restricted, so use the host’s approved instructions.

GOOD TO KNOW

SW15 collection questions

A postal address alone may not identify the item or its handover point.

Is a registered business address enough?

Not always. A shared or virtual-office address does not establish that the item is present and ready. Confirm the company, suite or floor, authorised person releasing it and whether it is with reception or the business.

Can a Roehampton collection use the university’s main address?

Use the address of the specific college and building holding the item, rather than assuming the main address is the collection entrance. Give us the authorised handover contact and host-approved access instructions; university grounds are private and access may be restricted.

What if the item is at Putney Exchange?

Confirm which shop or person has the item, that it is ready and authorised for release, and the meeting point and collection window. Lacy Road gives access to the customer car park, not automatically to a goods entrance or loading permission. If the car park is proposed, check its opening conditions and suitability.

Courier questions

Useful details about assistance, cover, tracking and your quote.

Are my items insured?

Goods-in-transit insurance is not included. If you need cover for your items, please arrange suitable insurance before collection.

Can the driver help with loading?

Help with several lighter items may be arranged by calling the office beforehand. Tell us the quantity, size and weight, any stairs and the carrying help needed so we can discuss a suitable driver and vehicle. We are not a removals company, and drivers cannot be assumed to lift heavy or exceptionally large loads.

Can I travel with my items?

Yes, or you can send them unaccompanied. Tell the office about the passenger and the load so we can agree a suitable vehicle and quote. Bulky or many-item jobs are assessed separately from an ordinary passenger journey, even when you travel with the items.

Can you leave an item at reception or in a safe place?

Yes, if the sender authorises the reception handover or a specific safe place and the arrangement is agreed with the office. Give us clear instructions and contact details. If nobody is available to release or receive the item, discuss the arrangements with the office before booking.

How much will delivery cost?

Ask our office for a current quote. The price depends on the journey and load, including whether you travel with the item and any assistance needed. Give us both full addresses, the collection time and item details. Waiting charges apply, including when unloading takes a long time; other agreed charges may also apply.

Can I track the driver?

Yes. Courier bookings include live driver tracking, the driver’s name and vehicle registration, along with booking confirmations.
