ITEMS WE CAN DISCUSS
From a single document to several items, tell our office what needs moving so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Send documents, keys and other ordinary items held by a named person or business. Tell us who can release them and where the handover will take place.
Enquire about collecting and delivering an everyday personal parcel. Tell us what it contains, where it will be ready and who can hand it over and receive it.
For urgent business items, give both company details, the unit or floor and authorised contacts. Our office can discuss the vehicle, quote and timing, and confirm whether the job can be accepted.
HOW TO ARRANGE IT
Tell us what is moving and where, then agree the vehicle, quote and handover with our office.
Give the full collection and delivery addresses, preferred date and time, item description and contact details for the sender and recipient.
Tell us the quantity, size and weight, whether anyone is travelling with the items, and about stairs or carrying help. The office will discuss a suitable vehicle, assistance and current quote. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry or quote alone is not confirmation.
Have the item ready and arrange for an authorised person to hand it over and someone to receive it. Agree any reception or specific safe-place instructions with the office before collection.
LOCAL SW19 GUIDE
At Lombard Business Park, 8 Lombard Road, SW19 3TZ, give the business name, unit or container reference, exact handover point and person authorised to release the item. For managed mail, the tenant should confirm the business centre’s release requirements before requesting collection.
At Wimbledon Quarter, 4 Queens Road, SW19 8ND, identify the shop or building and agreed entrance. For Huddle Wimbledon, specify whether the item is at the Old Fire Station or Old Town Hall, along with the tenant and floor. The Quarter’s Queens Road visitor car park has a 2.0m height limit; its entrance is not a verified goods entrance.
For the Watermill Grill at 3 Watermill Way, SW19 2RD, confirm the venue has the item, who can release it and a lawful collection point rather than relying on the wider Merton Abbey Mills name. Check signs and site instructions for the actual handover.
GOOD TO KNOW
The right unit, building and release contact make an SW19 collection easier to arrange.
It may be possible, but release to a courier is not automatic. The operator advertises mail collection; the tenant must confirm the business centre’s release requirements and authorisation before collection. Give us the tenant, unit or mail point and full address.
Yes. Wimbledon Quarter is the shopping centre’s current name; its published address is 4 Queens Road, SW19 8ND. Give us the named business, building and agreed door rather than using “Centre Court” or Wimbledon station as the complete handover instruction.
Not necessarily. Have the item ready and agree a lawful collection point. Merton’s general guidance says double kerb stripes prohibit loading and single stripes follow nearby signs; this does not grant permission to wait at a particular address. Check the actual signs and site rules with the sender.
GOOD TO KNOW
Practical answers on cover, assistance, pricing and tracking.
Goods-in-transit insurance is not included. If you need cover for your items, please arrange suitable insurance before collection.
We may be able to arrange help with several lighter items if you call the office beforehand. Tell us the quantity, size and weight, any stairs and the carrying help needed so we can confirm a suitable driver and vehicle. We are not a removals company; drivers cannot be assumed to lift heavy or exceptionally large loads.
Yes, you can travel with your items or send them unaccompanied. Tell the office about the passenger and load so we can agree a suitable vehicle and quote. Bulky or many-item jobs are assessed separately from an ordinary single-item journey, whether accompanied or not.
Yes, if the sender authorises a reception handover or a specific safe place. Give the office clear instructions and contact details in advance. If nobody can hand over or receive the item, discuss the arrangement before booking; waiting charges apply, including when unloading takes a long time.
Ask our office for a current quote. The price depends on the journey and load, including whether an ordinary single item is accompanied or unaccompanied and whether the job is classed as bulky or many-item. Give us both addresses, collection time, item details and any loading needs. Waiting and other agreed charges may apply.
Yes. Courier bookings include booking confirmations, live driver tracking, the driver’s name and vehicle registration.
