Families, friends and colleagues can travel together with their luggage. For an airport, give us the terminal and flight details; for a station or port, specify the station or terminal and your arrival or check-in details. We can discuss the meeting point, extra stops and a suitable vehicle. Airport arrivals include flight tracking and free meet-and-greet; parking and waiting arrangements are separate.
Bring the group together for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport or family visits. Share the venue entrance, outward time and return plan; for an event with an uncertain finish, agree a practical meeting point with the office.
Arrange group travel for business meetings and conferences, university visits or graduations, hospital companions and remembrance gatherings. Tell us the building or entrance, any mobility or luggage needs and an uncertain finish time so we can discuss the arrangements.

We can discuss travel between the two and a return plan. Give us both addresses, when each group needs to be ready and the likely finish time; extra stops or separate outward and return arrangements may suit your plans.
HOW TO ARRANGE IT
Our office can help match the vehicle and journey arrangements to your plans, without an app installation.
Give us the collection and destination addresses, date, pickup time, passenger count and number and sizes of bags. Include pushchairs, child-seat or mobility needs and any extra collection or drop-off points. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
We’ll consider seating and luggage together and discuss a six-seater or a larger vehicle on request, along with any stops, hourly booking or assistance. The quote reflects the journey and agreed arrangements.
Discuss your return plans with the office, including an uncertain finish time. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, though availability must be confirmed, especially outside London. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms by SMS and/or email.

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask our office about a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we’ll confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
The amount depends on the vehicle, the number of passengers and the items travelling together. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office an outline of the addresses and timings for your quote; additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. If a separate return is delayed, contact the office; waiting or changes may affect the cost. The office can help compare the choices.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be carried where suitable, and we can arrange guidance to the car and loading of ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair without charge. Tell the office about your needs, ideally when booking, so a suitable driver and vehicle can be arranged, including space for the chair and other luggage. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
If you need an optional escort inside a building or other additional help, discuss the task with the office in advance; it may be free or carry an agreed charge. This does not add a charge for assistance required by law.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Give the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any applicable charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact our office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Larger vehicles, hourly arrangements and journeys needing particular planning require an office quote. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
