From airport departures to family occasions, travel together with a driver and a plan suited to your group.
Families, friends and colleagues can arrange travel to airports, stations, cruise terminals and other longer-distance destinations. Share your terminal or station, flight or arrival details, luggage and any stops so we can plan the journey.
Travel together for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, theatre, sport or family visits. For a wedding, give the ceremony and reception addresses separately, along with the likely finish time and return plan.
Arrange group travel for meetings, conferences, university visits and graduations, hospital visits with companions, funerals or remembrance gatherings. Name the building or entrance and tell us about passenger needs and bags.
A USEFUL LOCAL DETAIL
Merton Council lists Morden Hall, 21 Morden Hall Road, SM4 5JD, separately from Morden Park House, London Road, SM4 5QU. The register office is at Morden Park House.
For a wedding or civil partnership, name the venue and exact entrance or meeting point. If the ceremony and reception are at different places, give both addresses so the office can plan the transfer.

Name Morden Hall or Morden Park House explicitly: they are separate destinations. Morden Hall is at 21 Morden Hall Road, SM4 5JD; Morden Park House and the register office are on London Road, SM4 5QU.
Give both addresses if the ceremony and reception are at different places, together with your outward and return plans. Tell us about the passenger group, bags, pushchairs and any walking or mobility needs so we can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Agree an exact entrance or meeting point with the office; a venue name and postcode may not identify the right door. The driver must stop safely and lawfully, so if access is restricted we can discuss a workable alternative, including any walking needs.

Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, number and sizes of bags, pushchairs and any child-seat or mobility needs. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
We can discuss a suitable 6-seater, a larger vehicle on request, extra stops, hourly travel and assistance. Ask the office for a journey quote, including for larger vehicles or hourly travel. Waiting is chargeable.
Arrange a return in advance, agree wait-and-return or contact us when ready, subject to availability. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, although availability is not guaranteed, especially outside London. A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS or email; an enquiry or quote alone is not confirmation.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we will confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
It depends on the number of passengers and the size and quantity of their luggage. Tell the office about suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and other items so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are passenger vehicles with a driver, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. We offer hourly bookings and can arrange multiple collections, drop-offs and extra stops. Give the office your proposed addresses and timings for a quote and agreed plan. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact the office when ready for a car subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can help compare the options. If you are delayed for a separate return, contact the office as waiting or changes may affect the cost.
Yes. Tell the office about the folding wheelchair, other bags, boarding needs and any help required so we can arrange a suitable vehicle and driver. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free. If you need an optional escort inside a building, discuss the task in advance; it may be free or carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Tell the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a quote for a 6-seater, larger vehicle or hourly booking. The price reflects the addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops rather than a fixed postcode fare. Journeys needing particular planning can also be discussed with the office.
