6-seater minicab from SW15 Travel together, with a driver

Pre-book group travel with our 24-hour office. Six-seater journeys are priced for your route and arrangements; ask us for a quote for larger vehicles or hourly hire.

Travel together

A minivan with driver for your group

From local visits to longer journeys, arrange private hire around your group, bags and plans.

Airport, rail and longer journeys

Travel together to airports, stations, cruise terminals and destinations farther afield. Give the office the exact terminal or station and arrival or check-in details so you can agree a meeting point and return.

Celebrations and days out

Arrange travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and family visits. Separate ceremony and reception addresses or an uncertain event finish can be included in your plans.

Work, study and family occasions

Bring colleagues to meetings, students and families to university visits or graduations, or companions to hospital visits. We also arrange travel for funerals and remembrance gatherings. Give the relevant building, department entrance or service address and any mobility needs.

Planning around Putney

Agree a practical meeting point

For a show or class at Putney Arts Theatre, the visitor address is Ravenna Road, Putney, SW15 6AW. Tell the office which event you are attending, whether adults are accompanying children and when you would like to leave.

The theatre address does not itself identify a pickup point. Share the entrance or meeting place given for your booking; the office can help agree a safe, lawful collection point if it cannot be used.

Putney group travel questions

Useful details for a visit to Putney Arts Theatre or a family outing.

What address should I give for Putney Arts Theatre?

The visitor address is Ravenna Road, Putney, SW15 6AW. Also share any meeting point specified for your booking: the address alone does not establish where a vehicle can collect you.

How should I plan a theatre return?

You can discuss a separate return or request a vehicle when your group is ready. Tell the office the event, group size and preferred leaving time; a request when ready is subject to availability.

What should I tell you about children and bags?

Include adult companions in the passenger count and mention suitcases, pushchairs and other items. The office can then discuss a vehicle that suits the group and its belongings together.

Arrange your journey

Plan your group booking

Contact our office early to discuss the vehicle, quote and journey arrangements. No app installation is needed.

Share your plans

Give the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and the number and sizes of bags. Mention pushchairs, child seats, mobility needs and relevant flight, train or venue details. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

Agree the details

Our office can discuss vehicle suitability, extra stops, hourly hire and assistance, and quote for your plans. An enquiry or quote alone is not a booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.

Choose your return

Arrange a separate return, request a vehicle when ready or agree a wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; short-notice requests, particularly outside London, depend on availability.

GOOD TO KNOW

Questions about SW15 group travel

Choose the vehicle and arrangements that work for your group.

Can I book a 6-, 7- or 8-seater?

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office about a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; suitability depends on the people and luggage travelling together.

How much luggage can we bring?

The amount depends on the vehicle and how many people are travelling. Give the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, so it can confirm a suitable arrangement. These are driver-included passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.

Can we arrange extra stops or an hourly booking?

Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office your addresses, timings and plans for a quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.

What if we do not know our finish time?

You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. A separate return does not reserve the outward driver or vehicle; waiting or changes may affect the cost, so contact the office if your plans change.

Can we bring a folding wheelchair or request help?

Yes. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where the vehicle is suitable, though we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Tell the office about boarding, the chair, other bags and the help you need so it can arrange a suitable vehicle and driver.

Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Let the office know in advance where possible. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement: the office will agree what is needed and any cost beforehand.

Can we arrange child seats?

Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask the office to arrange one for a pre-booked journey. Give the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.

How do we get a price?

Ask our office for a six-seater price based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Larger vehicles, hourly bookings and more involved arrangements need an office quote.
