GROUP TRAVEL
Keep your group together for a journey from Brixton or Stockwell, with stops and return options arranged to suit your plans.
Travel together to an airport, station or cruise terminal, or arrange a longer-distance visit. Give us the exact terminal or station and flight, train or sailing details so the office can plan the connection and meeting point.
Arrange transport for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport or family visits. An agreed entrance and group-ready time help everyone meet; discuss the return if the finish time is uncertain.
Travel with colleagues to a meeting or event, with family to university or a graduation, or together for a hospital visit or remembrance gathering. Name the building or department and discuss mobility needs, additional stops and any separate return with the office.
LOCAL PLANNING
For O2 Academy Brixton, use 211 Stockwell Road, SW9 9SL in your enquiry. The venue says it has no parking facilities, so agree a lawful meeting point with the office rather than assuming a forecourt pickup. If anyone has difficulty reaching the proposed point, tell us so we can discuss a workable alternative.
For a hospital or university visit, name the building or department. Check the venue’s current event and access arrangements when booking and tell the office if they change.

Use 211 Stockwell Road, SW9 9SL. Add the concert date, group-ready time and an agreed lawful meeting point; the venue says it has no parking facilities, so do not assume a pickup at its forecourt. Check any luggage you plan to bring with the venue.
We can arrange journeys involving more than one venue. Give the ceremony and reception addresses, timings and the passengers travelling between them. For a concert or sports event, include the event date, any entrance details supplied by the organiser and an approximate finish plan so the office can discuss your return.

Give us collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, numbers and sizes of bags, pushchairs and child-seat or mobility needs. Include relevant terminal, station or entrance details and any extra stops. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
We will discuss a suitable six-seater or a larger vehicle on request, the quote and any hourly plan or assistance. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
Book outward and return together, arrange a separate return, or request a vehicle when ready, subject to availability. Wait-and-return is also offered; waiting is chargeable. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, though availability, especially outside London, must be confirmed.

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers. We will confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
The space available depends on the number of passengers and the luggage carried together. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and arrangements you need for a quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can help you compare the options. A separate return does not reserve the outward driver or the same vehicle; contact the office if you are delayed, as waiting or changes can affect the cost.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be carried where suitable; tell the office about the chair, other bags, boarding and any help needed so we can arrange a suitable vehicle and driver. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guiding a passenger to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Let us know in advance where possible. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement, agreed in advance, and may carry a charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one for a pre-booked journey. Give the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact our office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Larger vehicles, hourly bookings and journeys needing particular planning require an office quote. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
