Travel together to an airport terminal, station, cruise port or longer-distance destination. Give us the exact terminal or station and relevant flight, train or sailing details so we can discuss your journey and meeting point.
Arrange travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, theatre, sport and family visits. We can discuss separate ceremony and reception legs, a planned return or a suitable meeting point after an event.
We welcome enquiries for business groups, university visits and graduations, hospital companions, and funerals or remembrance gatherings. The building or department entrance, passenger needs and return plans help us arrange the journey.

The hotel has rooms and separate event spaces, including a Ballroom and smaller bar areas; the distinction helps us discuss where to meet. Confirm your event room and access details with the venue, and tell the office if a ceremony and reception are at different addresses.

Give the full address and say whether you are checking in or attending an event. At The Drayton Court Hotel, 2 The Avenue, W13 8PH, rooms and private-event spaces are separate, so identifying the event area helps us discuss a meeting point.
We can discuss both legs and any extra stop or return. Give us both addresses, the passenger groups and the times guests will be ready; confirm the event schedule and access details with the venue.
Tell us how many people are travelling, the bags and pushchairs, any mobility needs and your proposed meeting point. We can assess the vehicle and discuss a safe, lawful collection point; a venue address does not itself establish pickup or parking permission.
HOW TO ARRANGE IT
Our office can help you agree the vehicle, stops and return. Contact us early where possible; no app installation is needed.
Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, and number and sizes of bags. Include any flight, rail, sailing or event details, pushchairs, child-seat or mobility needs. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
We’ll discuss the vehicle and quote, including any extra stops, hourly travel, assistance or meeting-point arrangements. An enquiry or quote is not a booking: KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange an approximate separate return, request a car when ready subject to availability, or agree wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can explain your options.
Short-notice enquiries Short-notice enquiries are welcome. Contact the office to check availability, especially for collection outside London; round-the-clock service does not mean a vehicle is immediately available at every address.

Choose the vehicle and arrangements that suit your group.
Our standard group option is a vehicle for up to six passengers, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers. We’ll consider everyone travelling and their luggage together before confirming a suitable arrangement.
The amount depends on the vehicle, passenger count and luggage combination. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. This is passenger travel with a driver, not self-drive van hire.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, extra stops, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office your addresses, timings and requirements for a quote; additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact us when ready for a vehicle subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable. A separate return does not reserve the outward driver or the same vehicle; contact the office if your plans change.
A folding wheelchair can be carried where it and the other luggage fit suitably. We currently do not have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and your needs with the office. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge with a suitable driver; tell us about the help needed in advance so we can coordinate it. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one for a pre-booked journey. Tell the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any applicable charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Ask the office about a six-passenger journey or a larger vehicle; hourly bookings and journeys needing particular planning also require an office quote. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
