Tell us whether you are attending a hotel function or golf gathering, which part of the venue you need, the exact address, agreed meeting place and return time. Include golf bags with your luggage details; for a wedding, give the ceremony and reception addresses separately.
Give the booked hall or activity, accompanying adults, exact address and an agreed accessible meeting place. For a party, social or sports booking, share the expected finish or preferred return arrangement.

Give us collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and the number and sizes of bags. Include pushchairs, child seats, folding wheelchairs or other items, and flight, station or event details where relevant. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Discuss a suitable six-seater or request a larger vehicle, along with extra stops, hourly travel and any assistance. The quote reflects the journey and agreed arrangements. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking; KB confirms acceptance by SMS and/or email.
Arrange an outward and return journey, an approximate separate return, or wait-and-return. You can also request a vehicle when ready, subject to availability. Waiting is chargeable; short-notice enquiries are welcome, although availability must be confirmed, particularly outside London.

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; the office will confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
That depends on the passengers and the space needed for their belongings. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or other items, so seating and luggage can be considered together. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, extra stops, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and outline so they can be included in your quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
Choose an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable car policy. If a separately booked return is delayed, contact the office; waiting or changes may affect the cost. A separate return does not retain the outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle.
A folding wheelchair can be carried where the passenger, chair and other luggage fit safely; we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Tell the office about boarding, walking and other help you need so a suitable arrangement can be discussed.
Guiding a passenger to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Let us know in advance to help us coordinate. An optional escort inside a building or other additional assistance is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge; this does not change any required disability assistance.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to supply one for a pre-booking. Give the office the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact our office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. The office can quote for a six-seater, a larger vehicle, hourly travel or a journey needing particular planning. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
