TRAVEL TOGETHER
From a family visit to a longer journey, travel together with a plan that fits your group. Our office can arrange stops and help you choose a return.
Families, friends and colleagues can travel together to an airport, station, cruise terminal or longer-distance destination. Tell us the exact terminal or station and your flight, train or sailing details when enquiring.
Travel together for a birthday, night out, wedding, concert, sporting event or family visit. Separate ceremony and reception addresses can be arranged as stops; agree a meeting point and return for your group.
Arrange group travel for meetings, exhibitions, graduations, hospital visits or remembrance gatherings. Give us the named building or entrance and tell us if you need separate stops or a flexible return.
PLAN THE MEETING POINT
Kingston graduation venues serve different stages: Guildhall (KT1 1EU) is listed for gowning and photographs, Rose Theatre (KT1 1HL) for the ceremony, and Town House on Penrhyn Road (KT1 2EE) for the reception. Tell us which stage your group is attending and confirm the ceremony date and meeting point with the university.
Rose Theatre is at 24–26 High Street and has no cloakroom for large bags. If you are combining a performance with station or airport travel, plan the luggage with our office and agree an entrance or meeting point for your group.
ARRANGE YOUR GROUP JOURNEY
Our office can help match the vehicle and journey plan to your group, without an app installation.
Give us the pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, suitcase and cabin-bag sizes and counts, pushchairs, child-seat requirements and any mobility needs. Include the terminal, station or venue entrance where relevant. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Choose the standard six-seater or ask for a larger vehicle. We can discuss extra stops, hourly hire and assistance, and provide the relevant quote. Waiting is chargeable; ask the office about the arrangement.
Book an outward and return journey, agree an approximate separate return, or arrange wait-and-return. You can also request a car when ready, subject to availability. Short-notice enquiries are welcome; availability needs checking, particularly outside London.

Yes. Share your theatre entrance, event date, group size, flight or train details and return plans. Rose Theatre has no cloakroom for large bags, so discuss your luggage with the office when arranging the journey.
Agree a named entrance and a practical place for the whole group to meet after the event. Do not assume a forecourt or car park is available for pickup; if your group has mobility needs, discuss a workable meeting point with the office.

Vehicle choice, luggage and the details that make your journey work.
Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers. We will consider your passenger count and luggage together to confirm a suitable arrangement; immediate availability is not guaranteed.
Luggage space depends on the vehicle and the number of passengers, so the office will confirm what fits safely. Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items. These are passenger vehicles rather than self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and outline of your plans for a quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can explain the options. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be considered as luggage; tell the office about the chair, other bags, boarding and any help needed so a suitable arrangement can be confirmed. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guiding a passenger to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office in advance where possible so it can coordinate a suitable driver. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB Cars to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Tell the office the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a journey quote, including for six-seaters, larger vehicles, hourly hire or arrangements needing particular planning. The price reflects the addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops, rather than a fixed postcode fare.
An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking. KB confirms the booking by SMS and/or email.
