From airport departures to family occasions, our driver-included passenger service helps your group travel together. The office can help match the vehicle to the people, luggage and plans.
Travel with family, friends or colleagues to an airport, station, cruise terminal or a longer-distance destination. Give us the exact terminal or station and flight, train or sailing details so we can plan the connection and meeting point.
Arrange outward and return travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport or family visits. Share the venue entrance, separate ceremony and reception addresses if relevant, and your expected finish so the group can agree a practical meeting point.
Groups can travel to meetings, university visits and graduations, hospital visits with companions, and funerals or remembrance gatherings. Tell us the building or department entrance, any separate service and reception addresses, and mobility needs. This is passenger travel, not specialist clinical transport or unaccompanied-child travel.
Local planning
Sandown Park Racecourse is on Portsmouth Road, Esher KT10 9AJ. Its visitor map distinguishes enclosures and facilities, so for a race, concert or business event, tell us the event and enclosure as well as the destination.
For a busy finish, agree a collection gate and return meeting point with the office and keep your group together. The address alone does not establish pickup permission; admission, parking and event-day access are separate. If travelling from another address in KT10, give us the full pickup address too.

No. The Portsmouth Road address identifies the venue, not an authorised pickup point. Parking, admission and pickup permissions can change, so agree the collection arrangement with the office for your event.

Give the pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and numbers and sizes of bags. Include pushchairs, folding wheelchairs, child-seat or assistance needs, and any relevant flight, sailing, train or event details. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
We will discuss a suitable 6-seater or a larger vehicle on request, along with any extra stops, hourly booking or assistance. A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
Agree a wait-and-return, book a separate approximate return or contact us when ready. Waiting is chargeable, and a request when ready depends on availability. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, although availability must be confirmed, especially outside London.

Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office about a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we will confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
The amount depends on the vehicle, passenger count and the items travelling together. Give the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable fit. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, extra stops, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office your addresses, timings and plans for a quote; additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact us when ready for a vehicle subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can help compare the choices. A separate return does not automatically retain the outward driver or vehicle.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can travel where the vehicle is suitable; tell the office about the chair, other luggage and boarding needs so we can confirm the arrangement. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Let us know the help needed when booking. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any charge agreed in advance.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one for a pre-booking. Tell the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact our office for a journey quote. Larger vehicles and hourly or particular arrangements require an office quote. The price reflects the addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops rather than a fixed postcode fare.
