GROUP JOURNEYS
From a family visit to a longer journey, book a minivan with a driver and choose the arrangements that suit your group.
Travel together to an airport, station or port, or arrange a longer-distance journey. Give the office the terminal or station, flight or arrival details, check-in time and luggage needs so we can plan a suitable vehicle and meeting point.
Keep family or friends together for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and visits. Tell us the venue and expected finish time; separate ceremony and reception addresses can be included.
Arrange group travel for meetings, conferences, exhibitions, university visits or graduations, hospital visits with companions, and remembrance gatherings. Give us the building or department entrance and any extra stops. These are passenger journeys, not removals or clinical transport.
LOCAL PLANNING
Bourne Hall, Spring Street, Ewell KT17 1UF, is a useful destination to name for a party, wedding or meeting. The library, café and exhibition space are on the main entrance level; the museum is upstairs, with a lift.
Tell the office which part of the venue you are visiting and agree a suitable entrance or meeting point. Give your actual collection address too: the venue name alone does not identify where your group is starting.

Choose the right destination and meeting point for your group.
Tell us whether you are going to a function room, wedding or meeting, or visiting the library, café, exhibition or museum. Include the event date and agreed entrance or meeting point; if the ceremony and reception are at different addresses, give us both.
Only if it is where your group has agreed to meet. Bourne Hall can also be your destination; it is at Spring Street, Ewell KT17 1UF. Give the full collection address for everyone joining the journey, rather than using the venue name for a different pickup.

Our office can help you choose the vehicle, stops and return arrangements before you book.
Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and sizes and number of bags. Include any pushchairs, child seats, folding wheelchair or assistance needs, plus the relevant terminal, station or venue entrance. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Discuss a six-seater or request a larger vehicle, extra stops, hourly hire and any help needed. The office can quote for the agreed arrangements; waiting is chargeable.
Share your outward and return plans, or discuss the choices if your finish time is uncertain. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, including outside London; availability depends on the time and place.

Choose the right vehicle and arrangements for the people travelling with you.
Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; availability depends on the journey. We will consider everyone travelling and their luggage together when confirming a suitable arrangement.
The space available depends on the passengers and luggage travelling together. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are passenger vehicles, not a removals service.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses and timings for your quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can arrange an approximate separate return, contact us when ready for a vehicle subject to availability, or agree a wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy; a separate return does not reserve the outward driver. If you are delayed for a separate return, contact the office: waiting or changes can affect the cost. The office can help you compare the options.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can travel where it and the other luggage fit safely, but we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Tell the office about boarding and walking needs so we can plan a suitable arrangement.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Let us know what help you need when booking. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any charge agreed in advance.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Give the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any applicable charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. The office can quote for six-seater journeys, larger vehicles, hourly hire and journeys needing particular planning. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
