GROUP JOURNEYS
Keep your group together in a 6-seater private-hire vehicle. For seven passengers or more, ask the office about a larger vehicle or additional vehicles.
Travel together to an airport, station, cruise port or longer-distance destination. Give us the terminal or station, flight or arrival details and luggage needs. For airport journeys, flight tracking and free arrivals meet-and-greet are included; agree the meeting and parking arrangements with the office.
Arrange a group journey for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, theatre, sport or family visits. Separate ceremony and reception addresses, an expected finish and an agreed meeting point help us plan the journey.
Travel together to business meetings, university visits and graduations, hospital visits, funerals or remembrance gatherings. Tell us the building or entrance, passenger needs and any uncertainty about the return. Hospital journeys are passenger travel with companions, not clinical transport.
LOCAL PLANNING
The Horton Arts Centre is an arts, café and heritage venue on Haven Way, Epsom KT19 8NP, with a theatre and event programme. If your group is visiting, tell us the activity and expected finish so we can discuss the return.
Name the entrance or a practical passenger meeting point rather than just “The Horton”. Tell the office about walking needs, bags or pushchairs; together we can agree a safe, workable collection point.

Give us The Horton Arts Centre, Haven Way, Epsom KT19 8NP, along with your activity or performance, date and expected finish. Include your passenger count, bags or pushchairs and the entrance or meeting point you would like us to consider.
We can arrange multiple stops. Give us each collection and destination address, the required arrival times and any separate ceremony, reception or event entrances so the office can plan and quote for the itinerary.
HOW IT WORKS
Our office can help match the vehicle and journey arrangements to your group.
Send collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and the number and sizes of bags. Include pushchairs, child-seat or mobility needs and relevant flight, station or event details. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Discuss vehicle and luggage fit, extra stops, hourly travel and assistance with the office. An enquiry or quote is not a confirmed booking: KB confirms bookings by SMS and/or email.
Book a separate return or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is charged; short-notice enquiries are welcome, though availability must be confirmed, particularly outside London.

Vehicle choice, luggage and practical arrangements for your journey.
Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group-travel option, offered around the clock. Ask the office about a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers. We will consider the passenger count and luggage together before confirming a suitable arrangement.
The amount depends on the vehicle and the number of passengers. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable fit. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive van or removals hire.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and arrangements for your quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a car when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can help you compare the options. If a separate return is delayed, contact the office as waiting or changes may affect the cost.
A folding wheelchair can be carried where the vehicle and luggage fit are suitable, but we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Tell the office about boarding, bags and the help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Please discuss this with the office in advance. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement and may be free or carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one for a pre-booking. Tell the office the child's age, height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Six-passenger journeys use our pricing engine; larger vehicles, hourly bookings and more involved arrangements need an office quote. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
