GROUP TRAVEL
From airport departures to family occasions, arrange a private-hire journey that keeps your group travelling together.
Travel with family, friends or colleagues to an airport, station, cruise port or a longer-distance destination. Give us the exact terminal or station and your connection details so we can plan the journey and meeting point.
Arrange travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport or a visit to family. We can discuss outward and return plans, including a practical meeting point when crowds or an uncertain finish time matter.
Keep colleagues together for a meeting or take family to a university visit or graduation. We also welcome enquiries for hospital visits with companions and remembrance gatherings; tell us the site and entrance and any assistance needed.
PLAN THE PICKUP
For a pickup or destination, give us the exact door, gate or building entrance, rather than just the site name. The office can agree a safe, lawful meeting point with you if the proposed door cannot be used.
Tell us where the group will be ready, especially after an event or appointment. If anyone has limited walking tolerance, let the office know so we can discuss a practical alternative.

Details that make a KT20 venue journey easier to arrange.
Give the destination as Sandy Lane, Kingswood, Tadworth KT20 6NE, and say whether you are going to the golf facilities, Lodge accommodation or an event. Include the number of golf bags as well as passengers and suitcases, and discuss your return plan.
We can plan for more than one address. For a celebration with separate ceremony and reception venues, give us both addresses, the relevant entrances and when the group expects to be ready. For a concert or sporting event, discuss finish-time uncertainty and an agreed meeting point.
HOW TO ARRANGE IT
Our office is available around the clock to help plan the vehicle, stops and return. No app installation is needed.
Share the pickup and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, and bag sizes or counts. Include pushchairs, child-seat and mobility needs, and any relevant entrance or meeting-point details.
Discuss your vehicle, extra stops, hourly travel or assistance with the office. A quote sets out the price and arrangements; an enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Book a return, arrange wait-and-return, or request a collection when ready. Waiting is chargeable, and short-notice collection, particularly outside London, depends on availability. Tell us early if your finish time is uncertain.

Choose the right vehicle and arrangements for your journey.
Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. For seven passengers or a group of eight or more, ask the office to confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
The amount depends on the passengers and items travelling together. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are driver-included passenger vehicles, not self-drive van hire or a removals service.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, extra stops, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and outline of your plans for a quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can help you compare the choices. A separate return does not automatically reserve your outward driver or vehicle, and delays or changes may affect the cost.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable; tell the office about boarding needs and other bags so we can confirm the fit. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge with a suitable driver. Please tell us about your needs in advance so we can coordinate help. An optional escort inside a building is separately assessed and may carry an agreed charge; this does not affect any required disability assistance.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Tell the office the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so we can confirm suitability, availability and any charge before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Larger vehicles, hourly travel and particular arrangements need an office quote. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
