Travel together to an airport, station or cruise port, or arrange a longer-distance journey. Give us the terminal or station, flight or arrival details and luggage so we can plan the right vehicle and meeting point.
Bring family or friends together for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and visits. We can plan separate venues and returns, with child-seat or walking needs taken into account.
Arrange a group journey for a business meeting, university visit or graduation, hospital visit with companions, or remembrance gathering. Share the building or entrance and any separate service and reception addresses.
PLAN THE LOCAL DETAILS
Hampton Court Palace and its gardens are in East Molesey, KT8 9AU. Whether your group is travelling to or from the palace, a nearby station, hotel or private event, tell the office which destination you mean and agree a practical meeting point; the palace address alone does not identify a pickup entrance.
For a family day or event, share the visitor date and any pushchairs, folding wheelchair or larger bags. Give both addresses if you are travelling between a ceremony and reception. Allow for advance ticket planning and discuss any changes to the meeting point with the office.

Yes, you can arrange a group journey for a palace visit. Tell the office whether you need collection at the palace, a nearby station, hotel or private event, and agree a suitable meeting point for your date.
Share the visitor date, passenger ages and any bags, pushchairs or mobility needs. If your group is travelling between a ceremony and reception or another address, give us each location; allow for advance tickets when planning a palace visit.
HOW TO ARRANGE IT
Our office is available around the clock to help with your booking; no app installation is needed.
Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and pickup time, passenger count and the number and sizes of bags. Include flight or train details, child seats, pushchairs and mobility needs where relevant. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
We will discuss a suitable six-seater or a larger vehicle on request, along with any stops, hourly travel, assistance and meeting point. An enquiry or quote alone is not a booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Book outward and return journeys, agree a wait-and-return or contact us when you are ready. Waiting is chargeable, and a vehicle requested at short notice is subject to availability, especially outside London.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office about a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; availability and the right vehicle depend on your group and luggage.
The space available depends on the passengers and items travelling together. Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, so the office can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are driver-included passenger vehicles, not self-drive van hire.
Yes. We offer hourly bookings and can arrange multiple collection and drop-off points, extra stops and wait-and-return. Share your addresses, timings and plans for an office quote; additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready, or arrange wait-and-return. A request when ready is subject to availability; waiting is chargeable. If a separately booked return is delayed, contact the office, as waiting or changes may affect the cost.
Yes. Tell the office about the folding wheelchair, other luggage, boarding and any help needed so we can assess the arrangement. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge with a suitable driver; advance notice helps us coordinate. An optional escort inside a building is agreed separately and may carry a charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one for a pre-booking. Give the office the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
