You can arrange a separate return or wait-and-return. Share the expected finish time and any venue instructions so our office can discuss the options and agree a suitable meeting point for your group.

Give the collection and destination addresses, date and pickup time, passenger count and number and sizes of bags. Include pushchairs, child-seat or assistance needs, extra stops and relevant venue or terminal details. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle booking information.
We can discuss a suitable 6-seater or a larger vehicle on request, as well as multiple stops, hourly travel and assistance. Waiting is chargeable.
Arrange both legs together or discuss a separate return if your finish time is uncertain. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, subject to availability, particularly outside London. A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS or email.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group-travel option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we will confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
It depends on the vehicle and the number of passengers. Tell us the count and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs and other items, so the office can confirm the seating and luggage fit together. This is a passenger service with a driver, not self-drive or removal van hire.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and arrangements for your quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, contact the office when ready for a car subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can help you compare the options. A separate return does not reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where the vehicle and boarding arrangements are suitable; we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Tell the office about the chair, other bags and any help needed so a suitable arrangement can be made.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Give the office each child's age and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. The office can also quote for larger vehicles, hourly arrangements and journeys needing particular planning. An enquiry or quote alone does not confirm a booking.
