Give us the collection and destination addresses, date, time, passenger count and bag sizes or counts. Include pushchairs, child-seat requirements, mobility needs, entrances and relevant event timings. We’ll discuss a suitable 6-seater or an office quote for a larger vehicle, hourly booking or other particular arrangements. A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry or quote alone is not confirmation.
Book an outward and separate return journey, request a car when ready, or discuss wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable, and short-notice availability, especially outside London, must be confirmed.

The 6-seater is our standard group passenger vehicle, offered around the clock. Ask the office about a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we’ll confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
The amount depends on the vehicle and the number of passengers. Tell the office the sizes and counts of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, so seating and luggage space can be checked together. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, extra stops and hourly bookings can be arranged. Give the office the addresses and timings for an agreed quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a car when ready subject to availability, or arrange for the driver to wait and return. Waiting is chargeable; a separate return does not reserve the outward driver or the same vehicle. If delayed, contact the office, as waiting or changes may affect the cost.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be carried where the vehicle and passenger arrangements are suitable; we do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. Tell the office about boarding, the chair, other bags and the help needed so a suitable arrangement can be made.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge with a suitable driver. Let us know in advance where possible. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge; required assistance is not subject to a prohibited surcharge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to arrange one for a pre-booking. Tell the office the child’s age and relevant height, weight and seat requirements so suitability, availability and any applicable charge can be confirmed before booking.
