From local visits to longer journeys, travel together with a driver and a vehicle chosen for your group and luggage.
Travel together to an airport, station or cruise terminal. Give us the exact terminal or station, flight, rail or sailing details and your luggage needs. For stations, agree a meeting point with the office rather than relying on the station name alone.
Arrange travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport or family visits. Tell us the venue entrance, where everyone will be ready and your outward and return plans. For a wedding, give separate ceremony and reception addresses if needed.
Colleagues, graduation guests, hospital companions and families attending remembrance gatherings can travel together too. Give the building or department entrance, any mobility needs and an approximate finish time; separate service and reception addresses are useful for remembrance journeys.

Suggest an accessible collection point; if the door cannot be used, we can agree a safe, lawful alternative. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Ask for a six-seater or enquire about a larger vehicle. Include extra stops, an hourly booking, meeting points and any assistance you need so the office can discuss the vehicle and quote.
Book an approximate separate return, arrange wait-and-return, or request a vehicle when ready. Waiting is chargeable, and short-notice availability, especially outside London, must be checked. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone is not confirmation.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option and are offered around the clock. Ask the office about a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; passenger numbers and luggage must be considered together. Short-notice availability is subject to confirmation.
The amount depends on the vehicle and how many people are travelling. Give the office the number and sizes of suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and other items so we can confirm a suitable arrangement. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive vans or a removals service.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, extra stops, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Share the addresses, timings and outline of your plans for an office quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, arrange wait-and-return, or contact us when ready for a car subject to availability. Waiting is chargeable; a separate return does not retain your outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle. The office can help compare the options.
Yes. Tell the office about your folding wheelchair, boarding needs, other bags and any help required so we can arrange a suitable vehicle and driver. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guiding a passenger to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free. Please tell us in advance so we can coordinate suitable help. An optional escort inside a building is a separate arrangement: agree the task and any charge with the office beforehand.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one for a pre-booking. Give the office the child’s age, relevant height or weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any applicable charge can be confirmed before booking.
