Travel with family, friends or colleagues to an airport, station, cruise terminal or a more distant destination. Share the exact terminal or station and your flight, train or sailing details so the office can agree a practical meeting point.
Arrange travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport, days out and family visits. Share your venue entrance and return plans, especially if the finish time is uncertain.
Enquire for colleagues at meetings or conferences, university groups and graduation guests, hospital companions or families attending remembrance gatherings. Give the named building or entrance and any assistance or return needs.
PLAN THE MEETING POINT
For a group visit to The Grange, the local visitor point is Beddington Park, London Road, Wallington SM6 7BT. Tell us whether you are going to the restaurant, ParkSuite or a private function, and share the entrance or meeting point you have been given.
For a work meeting, give the named building and organiser. If an entrance cannot be used for a safe, lawful pickup, our office can help agree a workable alternative, including any walking or assistance needs.

ARRANGE YOUR JOURNEY
Our office is available 24 hours to discuss the right vehicle, stops and return for your group. No app installation is needed.
Give collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and the number and sizes of bags. Include any pushchairs, child seats, terminals, entrances or other details that affect the journey. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Choose a 6-seater or ask about a larger vehicle, extra stops, hourly travel or assistance. The office can quote for your plans; waiting is chargeable.
Book an outward and return journey, a separate return or wait-and-return. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, but availability must be checked, particularly outside London. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry or quote alone is not a confirmed car.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office about a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; suitability depends on your group and luggage.
The suitable load depends on the passengers and vehicle together. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable arrangement. These are passenger vehicles with a driver, not self-drive van hire or a removals service.
Yes. Multiple collections and drop-offs, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and outline of your plans for a quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable. For a separate return, contact the office if delayed; waiting or changes can affect the cost. The office can help you compare the options.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be carried where suitable; discuss the passenger’s boarding needs and luggage with the office. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge with a suitable driver; letting the office know in advance helps us arrange the right support. Optional escorting inside a building is a separate service that needs prior agreement and may carry a charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Tell the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so availability, suitability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Ask the office for a six-seater price or a quote for a larger vehicle, hourly travel or a journey needing particular planning. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
