GROUP JOURNEYS
Our minivans come with a driver, so your group can travel together for everyday plans, special occasions or longer journeys.
Travel with family, friends or colleagues to an airport, station or cruise terminal, or arrange a longer-distance journey. Give us the exact terminal or station, flight or arrival details and your luggage so we can plan the vehicle and meeting point.
Arrange travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport or family visits. Tell us the venue entrance, any separate ceremony and reception addresses and your likely finish time, so we can agree a practical meeting point and return.
Enquire about business trips, university visits and graduations, hospital visits with companions, funerals and remembrance gatherings. A named building or department entrance, mobility needs and return plan help us arrange the journey.
HOW TO ARRANGE IT
Our office is open 24 hours to help plan the vehicle and journey. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, although availability must be confirmed, especially outside London.
Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and pickup time, passenger count and luggage sizes or counts. Include pushchairs, child seats, mobility needs and any terminal or venue meeting point. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
We can discuss a six-seater, a larger vehicle on request, extra stops, hourly hire and assistance. Your quote reflects the journey and agreed arrangements. A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
Book an outward and separate return, arrange wait-and-return, or contact us when you are ready to leave. Waiting is chargeable and a vehicle requested when ready is subject to availability.

Brixton Windmill and Education Centre is at 100 Blenheim Gardens, SW2 5DA. Visitor guidance describes limited tour space and narrow stairs, with a ground-floor interpretation alternative. For a booked tour or education-centre celebration, tell us about pushchairs or mobility needs and plan adult supervision for your group.
Agree a lawful meeting point outside with our office. The park entrance identifies the destination but does not give a vehicle permission to enter or wait. Check the venue’s admission and access arrangements separately.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group-travel option, offered around the clock. Ask our office for a seven-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; availability and the fit for your group and luggage must be confirmed.
The suitable amount depends on the passengers and luggage together. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are driver-included passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. We offer hourly bookings and can arrange multiple collection and drop-off points, extra stops and wait-and-return. Give the office your addresses, timings and outline so the arrangements can be included in your quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can arrange an approximate separate return, ask for a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or agree a wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; our office can help you compare the options. A separate return does not reserve the outward driver or the same vehicle.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable; tell our office about the chair, boarding needs, other bags and any help you need so we can arrange a suitable vehicle and driver. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guiding a passenger to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free. Let us know in advance to help us coordinate. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask us to supply one for a pre-booked journey. Tell the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
