6-seater minicab from SW20 Travel together

Pre-book a minivan with driver from Raynes Park or Wimbledon Chase. Six-seaters are our standard option around the clock; request a quote based on your journey and arrangements, or ask our 24-hour office about a larger vehicle.

Travel together

One journey, more ways to travel

From SW20 to airports, events and family destinations, travel together with extra stops and return options arranged to suit your plans.

Airports, rail and longer journeys

Take your group to an airport, station, cruise terminal or a longer-distance destination. Share the terminal or station, relevant flight or arrival details, and your passenger and luggage needs so we can plan the journey.

Celebrations and days out

Book group travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and family visits. We can discuss the venue, finish-time plans and separate ceremony or reception addresses.

Work, study and family occasions

Colleagues, university or graduation groups, hospital companions and families attending remembrance gatherings can travel together. Give us the building or department entrance and any mobility or return needs.

Local planning in SW20

Choose a useful meeting point

For an event or family visit, the room or entrance can matter as much as the venue name. At Lantern Arts Centre, for example, the LAC entry is on Tolverne Road, while Bond Hall and Sanctuary entrances are on Worple Road. Tell us which entrance your group is using so we can agree a practical meeting point.

  • Give the booked room or entrance.
  • Share separate ceremony and reception addresses.
  • Discuss walking needs and a suitable meeting point.

GOOD TO KNOW

Local group travel questions

A little detail about your destination helps us plan the collection and return.

Which entrance should I give for the Lantern Arts Centre?

Give us the entrance or room named in your booking. The centre lists its address as Tolverne Road, SW20 8RA: LAC entry is on Tolverne Road, while Bond Hall and Sanctuary entrances are on Worple Road.

What should I tell you about an event or family visit?

Share the date, expected finish and meeting details you have been given. If a ceremony and reception are at different addresses, send both; also mention passenger ages, pushchairs, bags and any walking or mobility needs so we can discuss the arrangements.

Arrange your group journey

From your first address to your return

Our 24-hour office can help you choose a vehicle and agree a practical plan, without an app installation.

Tell us about your journey

Share collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, luggage counts and sizes, pushchairs and any child-seat or mobility needs. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.

Agree the details

We can discuss a suitable 6-seater or a larger vehicle on request, along with extra stops, hourly travel, assistance and a meeting point. Your quote reflects the journey and agreed arrangements.

Choose a return

Arrange an outward and return booking, a separate return or wait-and-return. Waiting is charged. Short-notice requests are welcome but depend on availability, especially outside London.

GOOD TO KNOW

Planning your SW20 group journey

Choose the space, assistance and flexibility your group needs.

Can I book a 6-, 7- or 8-seater?

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office about a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; availability and a suitable fit for your group and luggage need to be confirmed.

How much luggage can we bring?

The space available depends on the number of passengers and the luggage travelling with them. Tell us the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus pushchairs or other items, and the office will confirm a suitable vehicle. These are driver-included passenger vehicles, not self-drive van hire.

Can we arrange extra stops or an hourly booking?

Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Share the addresses, timings and outline of your plans for an office quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.

What if we do not know our finish time?

You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can help compare the options. A separate return does not reserve the outward driver or vehicle, and you should contact the office if you are delayed.

Can we bring a folding wheelchair or request help?

Yes. Tell the office about the folding wheelchair, other luggage, boarding and any help needed so we can arrange a suitable vehicle and driver. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so travel seated in a wheelchair is not available.

Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Let us know in advance where possible. An optional escort inside a building or other additional help is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge; this does not affect required disability assistance.

Can we arrange child seats?

Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask the office to arrange one for a pre-booking. Give us the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so we can confirm suitability, availability and any charge before booking.

How do we get a price?

Contact our office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Ask the office about pricing for a six-seater, a larger vehicle, hourly travel or other particular arrangements.

An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not a confirmed booking. Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email.
