From everyday visits to special occasions and longer trips, travel together with a driver and a plan that suits your group.
Travel with family, friends or colleagues to an airport, station or cruise terminal, or enquire about a longer-distance journey. Share your terminal or station, flight or sailing details and check-in time where relevant, so the office can plan around your connection and luggage.
Arrange group travel for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport and family visits. We can discuss outward and return plans, including separate ceremony and reception addresses. For events, agree a practical meeting point if the finish time or crowds are uncertain.
Enquire about travel to business meetings, university visits and graduations, hospital visits with companions, or funerals and remembrance gatherings. Share the building or entrance and any mobility needs. Hospital journeys are passenger transport, not clinical transport.
LOCAL PLANNING
Give us your actual collection address and a practical meeting point for the group. If a door cannot be used safely or lawfully, the office can help agree an alternative; tell us if anyone has difficulty walking to it.
For an event with more than one venue, share each address and time separately. The office can discuss the order of stops and the arrangements for different passenger groups.

The venue and the part of it your group is using can make a difference to the meeting point.
Give the destination as 30 Wandsworth Road, Vauxhall, SW8 2LG, along with the booked room or floor and your preferred meeting point. The restaurant and private rooms occupy different parts of the house, so the venue name alone may not identify where your group needs to meet.
Treat each address as a separate part of the journey. Include the times, passenger groups, mobility or child-seat needs, luggage and return plan. For example, if a ceremony in SW8 is followed by a reception at Brunswick House, the office can discuss the collection and drop-off points you need.
HOW TO ARRANGE IT
Our 24-hour office can help you agree the vehicle and practical arrangements. No app installation is required.
Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count, number and sizes of bags, and any pushchairs or child seats. Include the terminal, station or booked venue room where relevant. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Discuss the vehicle, extra stops, hourly travel, mobility assistance and return with the office. We will work out a suitable arrangement and price; waiting is chargeable.
A booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email; an enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation. Short-notice enquiries are welcome, though availability depends on the journey, particularly for collections outside London.
Need more than one vehicle? Additional vehicles and drivers can be arranged on request. Tell the office about the size of your group and how you would like to travel.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we will confirm a suitable arrangement for your group and luggage.
The amount depends on the vehicle, passenger count and combination of items. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable vehicle. These are passenger vehicles, not a van-hire service.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, extra stops, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office your proposed addresses, timings and requirements for a quote. Additional vehicles and drivers are available on request.
You can arrange an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or agree a wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable under the same policy as our other cars. A separate return does not retain the outward driver or guarantee the same vehicle; contact the office if you are delayed, as waiting or changes may affect the cost. The office can help compare your options.
Yes, a folding wheelchair can be carried where it fits safely with the passengers and other luggage. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so please discuss boarding and your needs with the office.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver; telling the office in advance helps us arrange this. An optional escort inside a building or other additional help is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge; required assistance is not subject to a prohibited surcharge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one by pre-booking. Tell the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any applicable charge can be confirmed before booking.
Ask the office for a price based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. Larger vehicles, hourly bookings and journeys needing particular planning require an office quote.
