No. The British Airways ARC and Olympia exhibition halls are different destinations. Give the office the full venue name and entrance: the ARC is at Emberton Walk, Olympia, W14 8FJ, while an exhibition journey needs the particular hall and door.

We’ll discuss a suitable 6-seater or a larger vehicle on request, together with any extra stops, hourly booking, assistance and return. Waiting is charged under the applicable policy.
Short-notice enquiries are welcome, but availability is not guaranteed, especially outside London. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a booking: KB confirms an accepted booking by SMS and/or email.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office for a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; we’ll consider the number travelling and their luggage together to confirm a suitable arrangement.
The suitable load depends on the passengers and the space available together. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases, cabin bags, pushchairs and other items so we can confirm the vehicle. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive or removal vans.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and outline of your plans for a quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be requested.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange for the driver to wait and return. Waiting is chargeable; a separate return does not retain the outward driver. If you are delayed for a separate return, contact the office: waiting or changes may affect the cost. The office can help compare the choices.
Yes. A folding wheelchair can be considered as luggage with a suitable vehicle; tell the office about boarding, the chair and any other bags. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged free with a suitable driver. Let us know what help you need as early as possible so we can plan it. An optional extra escort inside a building is assessed separately and may carry an agreed charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to supply one by pre-booking. Tell the office the children’s ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. The office can also quote for larger vehicles, hourly bookings and journeys needing particular planning. There is no fixed W14 postcode fare.
