Group travel
Our standard 6-seater passenger vehicle is offered around the clock. For a larger group, ask the office about a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers.
Travel with family, friends or colleagues to an airport, station, cruise terminal or longer-distance destination. Give us the exact terminal or station and your travel details, so the office can agree a suitable meeting point and vehicle for the group and its luggage.
Travel together for birthdays, nights out, weddings, concerts, sport, family visits or a day at an attraction. For a ceremony and reception, give both addresses; for an event, agree a meeting point and a return plan around the expected finish.
Arrange group travel for business meetings, university visits and graduations, hospital visits with companions, funerals and remembrance gatherings. A named building or department entrance, timing and any mobility needs help us plan the journey.
Planning a W5 visit
Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery at Ealing Green, W5 5EQ offers manor and gallery admission and accepts group enquiries. If it is part of your day out, give the office the collection address or an agreed meeting point and the time everyone expects to be ready.
The venue cannot store large bags or luggage. If you are connecting your visit with airport or rail travel, arrange suitcase storage separately. Check your ticketed visit and entry arrangements with the venue.

Yes. You can enquire about a group journey to Pitzhanger Manor & Gallery at Ealing Green, W5 5EQ. Tell the office where you would like to be collected and when your group will be ready; agree the meeting point rather than assuming the venue address is a pickup point.
Arrange storage separately: the venue cannot store large bags or luggage. If your visit connects with an airport or rail journey, tell the office what the group will carry and plan your return around your ticketed visit.

Our office can help plan the vehicle, stops and return around your group.
Give us the collection and destination addresses, date and time, passenger count and the number and sizes of bags. Include relevant flight, train or event details, pushchairs, child-seat requirements and mobility needs. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
Discuss the vehicle, extra stops, hourly hire or assistance with the office. Your quote reflects the journey and agreed arrangements; waiting is chargeable. An enquiry or quote is not a booking: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
Arrange wait-and-return or a separate return, or contact the office when you are ready. Short-notice requests are welcome, but availability must be confirmed, especially for collections outside London.

Yes. Six-passenger vehicles are our standard group option, offered around the clock. Ask the office about a 7-seater or a vehicle for eight or more passengers; passenger numbers and luggage must be considered together.
The right vehicle depends on the passengers and luggage together. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs or other items, so we can confirm a suitable arrangement. These are passenger vehicles, not self-drive vans or a removal service.
Yes. Multiple collection and drop-off points, hourly bookings and wait-and-return can be arranged. Give the office the addresses, timings and outline of your plans for a quote. Additional vehicles and drivers can also be arranged on request.
You can agree an approximate separate return, request a vehicle when ready subject to availability, or arrange wait-and-return. Waiting is chargeable; the office can help compare the options. A separate return does not reserve the outward driver or vehicle.
Yes. Tell the office about the folding wheelchair, boarding needs, other bags and any help needed so we can arrange a suitable vehicle and driver. We do not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Optional extra assistance, such as an escort inside a building, is agreed separately and may carry a charge.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to supply one by pre-booking. Tell the office the children's ages and relevant height, weight and seat needs so suitability, availability and any charge can be confirmed before booking.
Contact the office for a quote based on your addresses, date and time, vehicle and agreed stops. The office also quotes for larger vehicles, hourly bookings and journeys needing particular planning. There is no fixed postcode fare table.
