For a hospital pickup, tell us the department and entrance rather than relying on the site name alone.
Share your flight number, travel date and the time you want to reach London City Airport for check-in. Agree a Chelsea pickup time with the office, allowing for your flight's check-in requirements and the journey. A pre-booked car takes you from your agreed Chelsea pickup point to the airport. Public transport requires a local leg to an interchange as well as the airport-end connection; it is not a direct Chelsea-to-terminal service.

Yes. Your pre-booked pickup is at the address you arrange with KB Cars, not automatically at a station. Give the full address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops so the office can agree the journey.
Choose for the whole party and its combined luggage, not the seat count alone. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, and an MPV is an option for a larger party. Executive vehicles are also available, while Mini Van and Luxury options are by enquiry.
Tell the office the number of passengers, suitcase and cabin-bag counts and sizes, and any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can discuss a suitable arrangement.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. KB Cars does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles, so discuss boarding and luggage needs with the office.
If you need an additional escort inside a building, the office can discuss the task and agree any cost separately.
Your booking is confirmed when KB Cars sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation. Contact the office if you need to discuss your arrangements.
