Your quote reflects your Gatwick collection, Battersea destination, travel date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Tell our office your flight details, passenger count and luggage, including unusually large items, so we can discuss a suitable vehicle and arrangement.
Ask the office what parking and waiting costs are included or may apply. Airport tariffs are separate from your KB Cars quote; prepayment may be requested for a collection outside London.
ARRIVING AT GATWICK
Agree the terminal, meeting arrangement and destination before you travel. Our office can help if you and your driver cannot find each other.
Share your flight number, arrival date and whether you land at North or South Terminal, so the office can arrange the correct collection. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided if requested. Give the office your contact details and agree the meeting arrangement; Gatwick's express pickup areas are separate airport options, where drivers must stay with their vehicles.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, plus any entrance notes or extra stops. If the destination is Clapham Junction station, specify the station and agreed entrance.
Alternative: Southern via Clapham Junction Southern connects Gatwick Airport with Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle. You will still need to plan the local leg from Clapham Junction to your Battersea address, including your luggage and the relevant station entrance.

YOUR DESTINATION
Clapham Junction Rail Station is at St John's Hill, Clapham, Greater London, SW11 2QP. It is a useful SW11 rail reference, but it is not Clapham Common or a default private-hire collection point. If the station is your destination, agree the entrance; otherwise use your actual Battersea address.

Yes. KB Cars can arrange your transfer to your booked Battersea home, hotel or office. Give the full address and postcode, entrance details and any additional stops.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help choose a vehicle for the whole party and its combined load, not just the number of seats.
Waiting can be chargeable and parking may affect the cost. Ask the office to explain the applicable arrangements and what is included in your quote before booking.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
