YOUR QUOTE
Your quote is based on the arranged journey, including the terminal, destination, date and time, vehicle and any agreed extras. Airport tariffs and public-transport fares are separate from a KB Cars quote.
Tell the office your flight and arrival date and time, North or South Terminal, destination address and postcode, passenger count and luggage. Mention any extra stops or vehicle preferences. Ask the office what parking and waiting costs apply; waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy. Prepayment may be requested for an airport collection outside London.
ARRIVING AT GATWICK
Agree where to meet your driver and where you need to be dropped off.
Give the office your flight, arrival date and whether you are landing at North or South Terminal so we can arrange your pickup. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information. Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal, with a free inter-terminal shuttle to North Terminal.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided. Gatwick's separate Express pickup requires the driver to stay with the vehicle. Agree the meeting arrangement with the office and ask about parking and waiting charges.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, plus the relevant entrance and any extra stop. Brixton and Brixton Hill have different local planning points, so the actual destination matters.
Considering the train? Southern connects Gatwick Airport with Clapham Junction and London Victoria. These are airport-end rail connections, not direct trains to every Brixton address: plan your onward interchange and final walk with luggage in mind.

LOCAL DESTINATION
Brixton Underground Station is on Brixton Road, SW9 8HE, while Brixton rail station is on Atlantic Road, SW9 8JB. They are separate local points; Brixton Hill planning can also involve SW2.
For an SW2 destination near Streatham Hill, the station is at SW2 4SA, served by Southern, and National Rail lists it as step-free category A. That describes station access, not the walk to your final address, so include luggage and walking needs when comparing options.

Yes. Your private-hire journey can be arranged to your home, hotel or office. Give us the full address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any additional stops. The stations mentioned above are public-transport alternatives, not the default destination for your car.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load, an estate offers more luggage space, and an MPV is an option for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
Tell the office how many people are travelling and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Not necessarily. Ask the office to confirm the parking and waiting costs and what is included in your quote. Waiting is chargeable under the applicable airport policy; the office can explain the terms for your booking.
Yes. Tell the office about your needs so suitable help can be arranged. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, the office will agree the arrangement and any cost with you.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair may travel as luggage where suitable; discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment attempt alone is not confirmation. To change the flight, terminal or destination, ask the office and agree any revised charge. A request or acknowledgement is not acceptance; KB will confirm an accepted change.
