ARRIVING AT GATWICK
Agree your terminal and meeting arrangement with the office before you travel.
Gatwick has North and South terminals. Give the office your arrival flight number and terminal so it can arrange your collection. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets you inside arrivals. A name board can be provided; agree the meeting details with the office and remain contactable. Express pickup is a separate airport option where the driver stays with the vehicle.
Your driver takes you to the booked home, hotel or office address. Give the office the entrance and any extra stop when arranging the journey.
Taking the train instead? Plan the SW4 leg Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. The railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal take the free inter-terminal shuttle. Clapham Junction is separate from your SW4 destination, so plan the onward leg and luggage separately.

YOUR CLAPHAM DESTINATION
Clapham Common, Clapham North and Clapham High Street are separate points. Give your full destination address and postcode rather than only a station name. Clapham Junction is a separate SW11 point, so say if that is where you are going.

Yes. Book your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stops. A station mentioned as a public-transport alternative is not the default destination for your private hire journey.
Choose for the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats. Tell the office the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; consider an estate for more luggage or an MPV for a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are by enquiry. The office can help confirm a suitable arrangement.
Waiting is chargeable under the applicable policy, and parking is not automatically included just because the driver meets you inside arrivals. Ask the office to confirm the parking and waiting terms for your collection.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, agree the task and any cost with the office.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance. Give the office your child's age and relevant height, weight and seat needs so it can confirm availability and suitability, and ask about the cost.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends its confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
