ARRIVAL PLAN

KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. Agree the meeting details with the office and ask for a name board if you would like one. If you cannot find your driver, the office can help.

Comparing the train? Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal, use the free inter-terminal shuttle. Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International, while Gatwick Express runs to London Victoria. These are airport-end connections: plan the interchange, local leg and luggage for Earlsfield.

A station or place name is not a substitute for your booked address. Earlsfield and Wandsworth Town are separate rail origins, so give the full address and postcode for your home, hotel or office.
If Earlsfield station itself is your destination, it is on Garratt Lane, Earlsfield, Greater London, SW18 4SR; South Western Railway serves the station. National Rail classifies its platform access as step-free category A, which does not describe access to every local address.

Yes. Your transfer can take you to your booked home, hotel or office address. Give us the full address and postcode, the entrance and any additional stops; a station in a public-transport comparison is not the default destination.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, together with any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the complete party and load, not just the number of seats. The office can help you choose.
Airport waiting is chargeable under the applicable terms, and parking is separate from waiting. Ask the office to explain the applicable waiting arrangements and whether parking is included in your quote.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; discuss any additional escort inside a building and any cost separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance. Give the office the child's age and relevant height, weight and seat needs so availability, suitability and the charge can be confirmed.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
