A quote for your journey
Your quote is based on your Gatwick terminal and flight, travel date and time, Fulham destination, passengers, luggage and any agreed extras. Ask the office what parking and waiting charges are included; airport waiting can be chargeable.
Prepayment may be requested for this collection outside London. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car: KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email.
ARRIVING AT GATWICK
Agree the terminal, meeting plan and destination with our office before you travel.
Give us your flight number, arrival date and terminal so we can coordinate your collection. Gatwick has North and South terminals; its railway station is at South, with a free inter-terminal shuttle from North. KB Cars is registered with the ICO. Our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. Agree the meeting arrangement with the office and provide a contact number; a name board can be provided. Gatwick's express pickup is a separate option where the driver stays with the vehicle.
Give us the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, the relevant entrance and any additional stop. We can arrange the journey around your party and its luggage.
Comparing the train? Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. Gatwick Express runs to London Victoria. These are airport-end connections: plan your interchange and final leg to your Fulham address, particularly if travelling with luggage.

YOUR FULHAM DESTINATION
Fulham Broadway, Parsons Green and Putney Bridge are distinct District-line stations with different SW6 addresses; Imperial Wharf is another rail address in SW6. A station name alone does not identify your home, hotel or office.
Give us the full destination and postcode, plus the entrance and any extra stop, so the driver has the right address rather than a general area.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey can take you to your Fulham home, hotel or office. Give us the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops; a station mentioned as a public-transport alternative is not the default destination.
Choose for the whole party and its luggage together, not just the number of seats. A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load, an estate offers more luggage space, and an MPV is an option for a larger party.
Tell the office the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement; Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
Yes. When arranged in advance, guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver, including if you have not arranged assistance in advance.
If you need an escort inside a building, the office will agree the task and any charge with you. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the office the child's age, relevant height, weight and seat requirements, and confirm the charge when arranging the booking.
