Gatwick has North and South terminals. Give us your airline, flight number, travel date and terminal so the office can arrange the right collection. KB Cars is registered with the ICO; our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets you inside arrivals. Agree the meeting and contact arrangements with the office; a name board can be provided when arranged. Airport express pickup areas are separate from KB's normal meeting instruction. If you and the driver cannot find each other, contact the office for help.
Your car takes you to the Hammersmith home, hotel or office you have booked. Include the full address and postcode, entrance details and any requested stops.
Compare the train from Gatwick The station is at South Terminal; from North Terminal, take the free inter-terminal shuttle. Southern links Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria; Thameslink links London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. Plan the onward interchange and final walk to your Hammersmith address.

YOUR DESTINATION
Hammersmith has two distinct Underground stations: District and Piccadilly at Hammersmith Broadway, W6 8AB, and Hammersmith & City on Beadon Road, W6 7AA. If using a station to identify your destination, specify the line as well as the actual address and postcode.
Near Hammersmith Bridge, tell us which side your destination is on. The bridge is closed to motor traffic but open to pedestrians and cyclists; the postcode and entrance details help the office plan the car journey to the right side.

Yes. Your pre-booked car takes you to the home, hotel or office address you give us. Include the postcode, entrance and any additional stops; stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not the default destination.
Consider the whole party and its luggage together. A saloon is a starting point for lighter loads; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV can suit a larger party. Mini Van and Luxury options are available by enquiry.
Tell the office the number and size of suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchairs, folding wheelchairs or unusual items. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement rather than relying on seat count alone.
Ask the office to confirm the agreed inclusions and any parking and waiting charges for your collection. Waiting may be chargeable; airport parking tariffs are separate from the KB fare.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. Sending an enquiry, receiving a quote or making a payment alone does not confirm a car.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge; an additional escort inside a building is assessed separately and any cost agreed.
You can bring your own suitable child seat or ask KB to arrange one in advance. Give the office the child's relevant seat needs so availability and suitability can be confirmed.
