KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided: ask for one and agree the meeting and contact details with the office. The airport's express pickup is separate and requires the driver to stay with the vehicle.

KENSINGTON AND PUBLIC TRANSPORT
The right address and your rail alternative
High Street Kensington Station is on Kensington High Street, London W8 5SA; Kensington (Olympia) is on Olympia Way, London W14 0NE. They are different locations, so use your actual destination address rather than a station name when arranging your transfer.
For a public-transport alternative, Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria, and Gatwick Express runs between Gatwick and Victoria. Thameslink links Gatwick with London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. These are airport-end connections: plan the interchange and final local leg or walk to your Kensington address, especially if travelling with luggage.

Can the car take me to my home or hotel?
Yes. Your pre-booked journey can take you from Gatwick to your Kensington home, hotel or office. Give us the full address and postcode, entrance details and any additional stops.
How do I choose a vehicle for my passengers and luggage?
Choose for the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats. A saloon suits lighter loads, an estate offers more luggage space and an MPV is an option for a larger party. Executive vehicles are also available; ask about Mini Van or Luxury arrangements.
Tell the office your passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, including any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. We can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Are airport waiting and parking included in the quote?
Airport waiting and parking may add to the cost. Ask the office to confirm the applicable charges, what your quote includes and the terms for your collection.
Can I get help with luggage or a folding wheelchair?
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver and vehicle. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles for travel seated in a wheelchair.
