ARRIVING AT GATWICK
A little planning makes it easier to find your driver and reach the right destination.
Include your airline, flight number, arrival date and terminal so the office can coordinate your pickup. Gatwick has North and South terminals; the railway station is at South Terminal, with a free shuttle from North Terminal. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO). KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets passengers inside arrivals. A name board can be provided; agree the meeting and contact details with the office. If you cannot find your driver, contact the office for help. Express pickup is a separate airport arrangement that requires the driver to stay with the vehicle.
Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, plus the entrance and any additional stop. KT1 and KT2 cover different local destinations, so the precise address matters.
Southern, Thameslink or Gatwick Express Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Thameslink links Gatwick with London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International; Gatwick Express runs between Gatwick and London Victoria. These are airport-end connections, not a complete route to your door. Check services and tickets for your date and plan the onward local leg, luggage and access.

KINGSTON DESTINATIONS
Kingston and Hampton Wick are distinct KT1 references. Kingston station is on Wood Street, KT1 1UJ; Hampton Wick station is on High Street, KT1 4DQ. Both are listed with South Western Railway, but National Rail classifies their platform access differently: category A at Kingston and category C at Hampton Wick.
In KT2, Norbiton station is on Coombe Road West, KT2 7AZ. It is listed with South Western Railway and classified step-free category B1. These are useful rail planning references, not default private-hire destinations. Check the relevant station's current access and assistance information, and plan the final leg to your actual address.

Yes. Arrange your journey to your home, hotel or office using the full address and postcode. Include the entrance and any additional stops; stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not your default destination.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual items. The vehicle must suit the whole party and its combined luggage, not just the number of seats.
A saloon is a starting point for a lighter load; an estate offers more luggage space, while an MPV is an option for a larger party. Discuss your complete load with the office before choosing.
Yes. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair are free. Tell the office what help you need in advance where possible, so it can arrange a suitable driver.
If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost separately. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
