KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets you inside arrivals. A name board can be provided if requested. Express pickup is a separate arrangement: the driver stays with the vehicle at North Terminal Car Park 6 level 4 or South Terminal Car Park 3 ground floor. Agree your meeting with the office.
Give the full Mortlake address and postcode, with the hotel or venue name, relevant entrance and any extra stop, so the driver knows where you need to go.
Taking the train instead? Gatwick’s railway station is at South Terminal; a free shuttle connects North Terminal. Southern connects the airport with Clapham Junction and London Victoria, while Thameslink serves London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. A complete home, hotel, office or venue address and postcode makes the final destination clear; include the relevant entrance when needed.
If you are travelling to Mortlake station, name the station on Sheen Lane, Mortlake, SW14 8LN, served by South Western Railway. Mortlake Crematorium is a different destination at Kew Meadow Path, Richmond, TW9 4EN. Name it explicitly if that is where you are going.

Yes. Your pre-booked journey can go to your home, hotel or another agreed destination. Give the full address and postcode, relevant entrance and any additional stops.
Tell us how many passengers are travelling and give the number and sizes of your suitcases and cabin bags, plus any pushchair, folding wheelchair or unusual item. The vehicle must suit the combined party and load, not just the number of seats.
An estate is an option for more luggage; an MPV can suit a larger party. Discuss the complete load with the office, including any accompanying carer who needs a seat.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, agree the arrangements and any cost with the office.
KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles. A folding wheelchair can travel as luggage where suitable; discuss boarding and the rest of your luggage with the office.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
