If you cannot find your driver, our office can help. Gatwick's separate Express pickup is at North Terminal Car Park 6, level 4, or South Terminal Car Park 3, ground floor; the driver must stay with the vehicle.

Give the full home, hotel or office address and postcode, including the entrance and any additional stop. A station in a public-transport comparison is not the default destination for your private-hire journey.
Taking the train instead? Southern connects Gatwick Airport with Clapham Junction and London Victoria. For Putney, plan the interchange and final local leg for your travel date, party and luggage; the airport connection alone is not a complete through itinerary.

Putney station is on High Street, SW15 1RT; East Putney Underground is on Upper Richmond Road, SW15 2SZ. Putney Bridge Underground is a separate point across the river in SW6. Your full address and entrance make the intended destination clear.
National Rail lists Putney station as step-free category A. Station access is different from a car journey to your booked address, so tell the office if walking distance, a pushchair or assistance matters.

Can the car take me to my Putney home or hotel?
Yes. Book your full home, hotel or office address and postcode, with the entrance and any extra stops. You do not need to make a station your destination simply because it appears in a public-transport comparison.
What luggage details should I provide?
Give the number of passengers and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags together, plus any pushchair, folded wheelchair or unusual item. The office can help match the complete party and load to a suitable vehicle, not just the number of seats.
How do I book and know my transfer is confirmed?
Ask for a quote online or call 020 8870 8888; you do not need to install an app. The office can discuss your journey and vehicle, and KB confirms a booking by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone is not confirmation.
What if my flight or plans change?
Contact the office as soon as possible to request a change. The booker or authorised contact should agree any new terminal, time, destination or other material change with the office, along with any revised charge. A request or acknowledgment is not acceptance; KB confirms an accepted change. If a time-critical message has not been acknowledged, call the office.
Can I arrange help with bags or getting to the car?
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so it can arrange a suitable driver. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. An optional escort inside a building is assessed separately, with any cost agreed. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles; a folding chair may travel as luggage where suitable.
Can I travel with a child seat?
Yes. You can bring your own suitable seat or ask the office to arrange one in advance, subject to availability and suitability. Give the child's age, relevant height, weight and seat needs so the office can confirm the arrangement and cost.
