ARRIVAL PLAN
Agree the flight, meeting and destination with our office before you travel.
Give us your airline, flight number and travel date, and tell us whether you are arriving at North or South Terminal. KB Cars is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO); our Privacy Notice explains how we handle your booking information. Gatwick's railway station is at South Terminal; a free shuttle connects North Terminal.
KB normally parks in Short Stay and meets you inside arrivals. Give the office your contact details and ask if you would like a name board. Airport express pickup is a separate option, where the driver stays with the vehicle; it is not KB's default meeting arrangement. If you cannot find your driver, contact our office for help.
Give the full home, hotel or office address, postcode and entrance, plus any extra stop. We can arrange the onward journey to the address you book rather than a station.
Comparing the train? Southern connects Gatwick with Clapham Junction and London Victoria. Thameslink connects Gatwick with London Bridge, Blackfriars, City Thameslink, Farringdon and St Pancras International. These are airport-end connections, not a complete Richmond journey: plan your onward interchange and any walk or bus to your destination, including how you will manage your luggage.

YOUR RICHMOND DESTINATION
Richmond Rail and Underground stations are at The Quadrant, Richmond, TW9 1DN. North Sheen is a separate station on Manor Road, Richmond, TW9 4QA, listed with South Western Railway and classified as step-free category C. If access matters for a rail alternative, check the applicable directions and current assistance information.
For a home, hotel or office in TW9 or TW10, the full door address and entrance matter more than the area name. If comparing rail, allow for the connection and the local walk or bus to your actual destination.

Yes. Book your home, hotel or office as the destination, giving the full address and postcode, entrance and any additional stops. Stations in the rail comparison are alternatives, not your default destination.
Tell us the passenger count and the number and sizes of suitcases and cabin bags, as well as pushchairs, folded wheelchairs or unusual items. The vehicle needs to suit the whole party and its combined load, not just the number of seats. The office can confirm a suitable arrangement.
Parking is not automatically included in the meeting arrangement, and waiting can be chargeable. Ask the office to confirm the terms for your booking; your quote should explain the agreed costs and inclusions.
Yes. Tell the office what help you need so a suitable arrangement can be made. Guidance to the car and loading ordinary bags or a folding wheelchair can be arranged without charge. If you need an escort inside a building, discuss the task and any cost with the office. KB does not currently have wheelchair-accessible vehicles.
Your booking is confirmed when KB sends confirmation by SMS and/or email. An enquiry, quote or payment alone does not confirm a car.
